I needed flat rooves renewing, John came out promptly was professional and efficient and talked me through the process and quoted backed up by email. A few weeks later, delayed only due to bad weather, the guys came and completed the conservatory and a front extension area with the least fuss and disruption and clean up after themselves each day.
Cant recommend highly enough, always turned up on time did a great job with removing old covering and renewing with a fibre glass system and grey sealant topping.
Very pleased, friendly and competent team and Jill in the office was great too.

This company had to use our premises to get their scaffolding up. I wrote to them on various occasions to reply to their letter to residents to which they did not reply once.
When they removed the scaffolding from our side they left it in a disgusting mess which will need a further contractor to resolve. When trying to phone their line is permanently engaged. Not only that but the paint on the internal walls was badly damaged as well.

Rather expensive for the work they carried out - some localised roof repairs - and they couldn't explain the basis of the cost. Having said which, the work was done promptly and appears to have been effective.
