Back in 2014 I needed two teeth extracted and decided that implant replacements were the way to go. I enquired of several practices, and the responses from Advance Dental in Chelmsford were by far and away the best. Not the cheapest, but the best, and when dealing with one's health, the best is what one wants and needs.

I did not regret my choice. The whole process from booking through surgery was the very model of efficiency and friendliness. Everything was explained clearly and discussed. The building is clean, the chairs are comfortable, facilities all excellent and equipment leading edge. The staff are excellent, skilled, professional and caring. All communication is clear.

I had never had an extraction before, so I really didn't know what to expect - no amount of discussion can determine how an individual will perceive an experience. I did not need to worry. It was truly painless. The aftercare was excellent. Those first two implants went perfectly, no problems whatsoever.

A few years later I needed another tooth done, and had no hesitation in returning to Advance Dental. Now just having a fourth done; and the experience is exactly the same: perfect. The staff are all as good as ever, the appointments run to time, and there is nothing to criticise.

It would be difficult to say that having what is, after all, fairly hefty surgery is ever going to be a pleasant experience that one wishes to repeat, but given that it is necessary, then this practice does everything it can to make the experience as pleasant as possible.

I highly recommend them, and will not hesitate to return whenever I have more complex dental needs.

I did lots of research on the net reading reviews and videos to decide on this dental practise to do major work on my aging teeth. The dentist I picked is one of the top in the country, Dr Andrew Moore. Not local to me so I stayed in a hotel the night before to be there at 8am.They have a state of the art building with all the latest 3D scanners etc so the first meetings were very impressive to decide on the way forward.

I am sitting here at home a day after surgery and the whole experience was mega impressive.
I had 18 worn, stained broken 68 year old teeth removed and full upper and bottom all on 4 in a day placed.
They had a proffessional anaesthetist company that supplied the doctor to monitor me while I have put under. I have had this drug several times before but this guy was impressive and had me linked up to all sorts of meters to monitor me during the surgery.
Not once during this major surgery was I aware of any pain and I was out for two hours. I have no memory of the surgery.
When I awoke I sat in a custom made room to recover and they supplied me food and drink and I watched TV. My first replacement teeth were test fitted two hours later then went off to be re jigged.
The final teeth were fitted and they are truely amazing. Perfect choppers I have not had since I was 25 years old. Considering these are only the temporary ones they look totally real, perfect colour and fit.
I have zero pain, no brusing, no soreness. Apart from having a full set of choppers now that feel wierd I cannot fault the whole experience.
The support staff are also brilliant and friendly, follow up phone calls already to check on me.
I had to write this review for anyone worried about this major surgery. Expensive but worth every penny.

I cannot believe that my final choppers will be fitted in 3 to 6 months time when every thing is healed and be even better than my current ones.

Final porcelain teeth are now fitted and they look amazing. Perfect bite, shade and you would never know they are false.Just had my final follow up with the dentist and everything is perfect.The staff at this clinic are amazing.
