Management Doesn't Even Pretend to Care
I originally posted with a concern about service. Turns out I was given the wrong information from Safeguard (extended warranty). Tyler (Service Manager) has been humble and hospitable thrpughout
And after speaking with the Owner (David) and VP (Chris) who were really helpful, BMW is a pain in the ass to coordinate service for. I had some idea before buying the bike, but nowhere near what I understand now.
All of that said. The other managers I have had interactions with were anything but customer service oriented. The Sales Manager was horribly rude on the phone. And the General Manager, Terry, holy hell. I have never spoken to anyone inside or outside sales who was that rude. Repeatedly blamed me for the various problems Service had getting my bike repaired and called me a liar more than once. Said he didn't care if I was happy or not since "I have 4.5 stars on Google." Maybe he had an off day. Maybe he had a migraine. Maybe he just doesn't care. Guess I'll never know because I don't plan to deal with him again and certainly will not be buying a bike (or anything else outside service) from Adventure as long as he is the GM.
