I ordered a pair of jeans from them…
I ordered a pair of jeans from them over a month ago and I paid for expedited as well. Yesterday, after waiting 3 weeks longer than I should’ve I receive an email that they did not have my order in stock, an extremely large inconvenience that should not have occurred as they were in fact available when I placed my order.

Had to contact customer service for an address change. The representative, Brian responded quickly and resolved the issue the same day. Tracking updates are so scarce...
Is super communicative if you email them but the tracking gives absolutely no updates unless the package label is created or is delivered to your house. There is no update in between. I am in the middle of processing my return order and I have no idea what's happening right now. Shipping also takes an incredibly long time.

I needed to change my size in pants and I had already placed an order and it had been about two days. I realize my error and reached out to support team who responded so quick that all of the changes were made and under a day I've been shopping an upper Eden for about maybe four years now and have never ever once had an issue or regretted a purchase.

The customer service was excellent. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, so I emailed them and received a response within a few hours. They then followed up with another email to confirm that the size had been successfully changed.
