i purchased Six items, two arrived with loose lids so had leaked everywhere, the liquid was dripping out of the delivery box. Customer services were extreely painful to deal with, many emails asking me questions that i had clearly explained in my first correspondence, repeating the photos twice and then expecting me to post back the virtually empty bottles that had leaked. I asked for packing materials and was told to use the original packaging, it had been disposed off as was a soggy mess.
To cap it all i received a satisfaction questionnaire but when i attempted to complete it, it said it had already been completed ! suspicious
