As of this point, I have an experience similar to others. I ordered an item on Nov. 12th, got an "on its way" on Nov. 16th. On dec. 14th, I sent an email to support that was NOT replied to in 24 hours as their website says. Money was taken on Nov.13th. Interestingly enough, my bank put the transaction under "travel and commute" when I ordered a ring. Contacted support again today that I expect an update or a package in 2 days or I'm filing a fraud complaint with my bank. We'll see what happens.
I ordered a sweater over a month ago and didn't receive any confirmation of shipping or even processing, even though the money left my account immediately. I've had better experiences with drop shipping sites.
Ordered an item a month ago, money came out of my account but the item stuff hasn't shipped. Tried to contact them with the email on their site. It doesn't exist.
Ordered from them with express shipping. Never heard anything for over a month, no tracking, no confirmation, nothing. Contacted them, and only when threatened with legal action did they send the package (as well as a refund for the express shipping, yay). It took some time, and they use a shipping service known to be extremely poor at handling and delivering items on time, or at all.
Finally got the package about two months later.
Besides the unprofessional service, they were nothing but kind despite my aggressive pushing. The items received were poor quality and certainly NOT worth the absurd amount of money paid. One of the items were not the color specified, as well. But I digress. We're just glad we got something. I know if I had not have said something, I wouldn't have.
I ordered socks from them a few months ago, but have never received them. Seeing other people have similar experiences worries me.
I got that flower foam soap
the dispenser was different than pictured and came without the soap, though it was nowhere mentioned on the site that you'd get only the cheap plastic dispenser despite the high price of 12$
Seems like a scam. I ordered clothing from it a month ago because a someone I followed was advertising it and I didn't expect them to link to a scam.
The order never arrived, I emailed the seller and was told it'd be a couple days but again never recieved anything. I kept getting told it'd be 1-2 days before I heard anything and it's been almost a month of emailing.
Currently trying to get it refunded.
