My review gonna be about the result one year + 2 months after the operation, which is total a fail. They transplanted the hair all in a straight up direction instead of naturally going down so they keep staying up at all time even with a blow dry . The transplanted hair are visible , they are different of my natural hair near my ears , they are ticks and a weird texture , not soft, dry and textury (like a horse hair) maybe because of the way the bulb as been placed , they growing super curvy/kinky, I need to straighten all the time . The line is not natural at all , it looks like a man shape , on a woman ! I came for my golfes and they propose me to do all the front line for the same price because it would look more natural and I was like , oh... okay, if you think it would look better I trust you. But I didn't have the time to think about it because I was already on the table . I don't have baby hairs anymore which I find it normally gives a natural look to woman hair . i'm so disappointed and feel so sad .
Now I have to deal with that everyday , I feel stressed when I think about people can see it , I wich I could go back in the past.

I did all my research first before I decided to contact Aytaç Karadut from Aestimed hair transplant. His service is the best right from his driver collecting me from the airport, to take me to my hotel to the day of the treatment (today 21/5/18).

The whole experience was perfect apart from a bit of pain from the injections to numb the area but once done you cannot feel a thing. The two nurses who carried out the work even sing which is strange but nice.

Five-star service to the whole team and would definitely recommend them.

I am so impressed that while there I also had a consultation to have some other work done. See you all again in about 4-5 months for something different.

Aestimed treated me very professionally from the driver to the nurse to Dr. Aytec ofc. I felt safe and in good hands through out the process. There are many diffrent clinics to choose from, however I selected Aestimed as Dr. Aytec really made an effort to answer all of my detailed questions prior to the treatment. It gave me the impression that Dr. Aytec is highly competent and more importantly really cared about my final result. Aestimed is not a money factory like many other clinics. They really care about your safety and result.

I had an excellent experience at this clinic. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to get FUE done. We stayed at a very nice hotel and were picked up and dropped off by a driver. Very good experience over all.

I had FUE treatment by Aytac and his team on February 23rd. Despite me being totally disorganised and arriving without cash and at the wrong airport (you need istanbul ataturk not istanbul gokcen), I was collected without extra charge and transported over the three days I was there to cash machines to withdraw the very reasonable transplant fee. The Rox hotel was very comfortable and relaxing, although there is a busy road outside so you might want to ask for a room at the back, or take earplugs. Fortunately I had earplugs so slept well. After a nice continental breakfast I was collected promptly and taken to the clinic. Aytac held my passport in case I ran away without paying the balance, but I was totally fine with that. After drawing my new hairline in pen and asking if I was happy, my existing hair was shaved off and then the technicians got to work harvesting. In a largely pain free procedure, I had 4600 grafts removed in the morning. Then I was turned over and had the incision holes made in my bald areas. Then it was time for lunch, I had a full Turkish meal of chicken and rice, with soup, yoghurt and drink. Then back for the final procedure -inserting the harvested hairs into the little holes. The team worked diligently all day, occasionally singing Turkish songs in my ear, which was very pleasant. They worked almost non stop from 10am to 6pm, and on a Friday too. I could not fault their professionalism or diligence. In the evening I was taken back to the hotel with my drugs and instructed to try to sleep with the pillows like a 45 degree ramp, with two more upright at the side for your arms. I was paranoid about disturbing them in my sleep, so just rested that night. The next day I withdrew the balance from the atm (big relief!), went to the clinic in the last of my clean clothes (take button shirts, not t shirts), paid Aytac, got my passport, had the bandages removed, got the headband put on to stop swelling and look like a ninja turtle with the hundreds of others at the airport, bought 6 bottles of the haarex transfix shampoo to take home, and was taken back to the correct airport to fly back to London. I am now 5 weeks post transplant and most of the transplanted hairs have shed as expected, the donor area has fully recovered but it is quite itchy. I recommend ichthyol or aloe vera spray to alleviate this. Am very happy with the price I paid €1790. Was a fraction of what I would have paid in rip off Britain.

I had hair transplant on February 22nd of 2018.

I highly recommend Dr Aytac Karadut for hair transplant with FUE method. A very professional team, they will do everything to make you feel comfortable and do an excellent job. I had 4400 grafts with three nurses + Aytac (supervising) who worked hard to make the job done with care in 6 hours.
For the all story: I arrived at Ataturk Airport the day before the surgery. The driver picked me up directly at the airport (look for a pad with your name on it). I had a conversation over the phone with Aytac who gave me all the necessary information for the next day (we went straight to the point which I really liked it). Then I had diner at the nearest shopping mall (walking distance).
Day of the surgery: the driver picked me up at the hotel. I met with Aytac at the clinic and did the payment (in cash). I recommend getting cash with you before arrival to avoid any bank charge to get euros on local ATM machine (you can get euros in some ATM in Turquey in case you needed).
Then, he checked my “situation”, did some recommendation for the surgery. I agreed, and the job could start. Three main stage during the day: extraction – lunch (half an hour) – transplant. At the end of the surgery, Aytac gave me the pills + explained the best way to sleep and answered all my questions with care.
On the next day: the driver picked me up, we went back to the clinic, they took off the bandage. Aytac gave the last recommendations, then back to the hotel to rest before my flight back home on the same day (the driver drove me later on during the day).

Once again: a very friendly and professional team from hotel staff, driver, nurses to Aytac. They all treat you with care and consideration which make you feel very comfortable through the all process.

I will update this comment on later stages.

Some tips:
- Don’t be afraid to sleep in the bed as long as you keep the head up, have one/two pillow on your back, and also, have pillows on each side of the bed (you squeezed between them). I highly recommend having a travel pillow with you too, it helps A LOT to sleep.
- Be sure to have a full breakfast on the following day of the operation (I got a bit dizzy with the pills, I’m guessing because I had a too light breakfast).
- Get local currency at the airport (it’s important to tips in Turkey). I didn’t anticipate, and it was a bit awkward situation once I got the room with no cash to tips the Porter. Be prepared.

Got my hair transplant with Aestimed under Aytac's supervision on January 12th. He and his team are true professionals, I felt taken care of and listened to at all stages. It was a long operation as I was having 5000 grafts transplanted in a single day - about 9 hours -- but the team maintained the pace tirelessly and kept their attention to detail.
Its too early to say about the result yet, but I'm confident it will be a success! Thanks ever so much!!

Really pleased with the outcome. I had my 2nd hair treatment 2 years ago at Aestimed for first time. Dr. Aytac and his staff are perfectionists. Always responding to my queries promptly. Aestimed are excellent ,as a barber of 32 years experience I know alot about hair and was relieved that the doc realistically explains what results can be achieved and what will achieve natural results by placing grafts strategically , the whole experience was great , everyone from the driver to the hotel staff and medical team brilliant , punctual , hotel luxurious food excellent and cheap, picked up from airport and from then on everything runs like clockwork., Injections for anaesthetic are painful but once done you feel nothing , but for that little time in pain you get hair for life ,what are you waiting for , great price ,great team !

After a lot of research on the internet, reading reviews, ratings and watching youtube videos i choosed Aestimed for my Beard Transplant.
Everything went well, staff was great and Mr. Aytac was very friendly and helpful before-under-and after the beard transplant. After checking prices here in Norway choosing Aestimed was easy since they are way cheaper and more experienced. I narrowed my search down to 2-3 clinics, and went for Aestimed in the end, and im happy about my choice.

It's still only 1 month after my 4100 grafts operation, but i am positive and feel that the result will be great. Operation went really well, no pain. My trip in istanbul was nice and easy with the pickup to the hotel, clinic and airport.

I would recommand this clinic to everyone thinking about a hair/beard transplant.

I attended the Aestimed clinic towards the end of 2016 and can safely say that their service is excellent. Now 1 year on my hair is thicker and i am feeling a lot better about the look. They did a lot of work during my operation and a lot more than clinics at home would do in 1 day so this represents excellent value. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

i had my fue done on the 3rd November 2017. Did lots of research and looked on various websites at patients reviews, and chose aestimed. I got picked up from the airport and taken to a lovely 4 star hotel called the rox which was included in the all inclusive price. The next day i arrived at the clinic and discussed the procedure with mr.aytac, made sure i was happy then taken to another room to meet the rest of the team. The clinic is very modern and clean. The procedure lasted around 7 hours with a break for dinner, which was really nice. The initial injections sting a little, but scalp soon went numb. Great experience over all.. i would recommend this clinic to anyone interested in getting a hair transplant in istanbul. Thomas Birmingham

After 2 years of research I chose Aestimed due to feed back and recommendations.
I had a meeting to discuss everything: it was very clean and professional at the clinic.
I had a FUE hair graft which has proven to be fantastic. After only 6 months my hair has grown back much quicker than expected. It does take up to 16 months for the complete regrowth progress.

Situated close to the international airport with many hotels nearby, it's perfect for international travellers.

I would recommend this clinic to anyone requiring a hair transplant or other cosmetic surgery.

Went to turkey for fue. Did lots of research and chose aestimed to do the proceedure. The doctor talks to you on whats app and he answered every question within a reasonable time frame. Im very happy how fast he was to reply. Im also very happy with the staff, they were friendly and always smiling. Nothing but positive energy. They drew my hairline and was happy with the first drawing. I had 4050 grafts on my hair line, temples and crown. As for pain only the anestesia hurt which i was informed of before. They were always asking how i was doing and if i felt pain. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone interested in getting a hair transplant in turkey. This review will only cover the service aspect of my FUE hair transplant. I hope to update the review with before and after photos in 10-12 months time.

I decided to investigate a hair transplant options roughly 12 months ago after a hairdresser pointed out my lack of hair on top and how it made me look a lot older than I actually am (40). He recommended Istanbul, Turkey and I started to do some research. I discovered the prices in Istanbul were very competitive compared to UK prices where one clinic charged £2.50 per hair. That adds up when you need for example 4,000 grafts.

I looked on the various websites and checked previous patients reviews. I emailed Aestimed Clinic and spoke with the Medical Director Mr. Aytac who replied very quickly and answered all my questions. I sent him several photos with different profiles so Mr. Aytac could give a guesstimate to how many grafts I would need, he recommend 4,000 with a price of €1,790 which includes 2 night stay in a hotel (night before and night of procedure).

Seeing I was in Istanbul already, I arranged for the Aestimed Driver to collect me from my hotel and take me to the Rox Hotel the night before the procedure (Aestimed Driver will collect you from airport night before procedure which most patients will do). The Driver (Mr Ozkan) arrived on time and was very helpful. He also speaks English. Mr Aytac telephoned me and explained what time I would be collected in the morning and the do’s / don’ts for that night.

Mr Ozkan picked me up at 09:20hrs as arranged and took me to the clinic which is 10 minutes away in Istanbul traffic. Both Mr. Aytac and Mr Ozkan mentioned I should wear a shirt for the day of the procedure, but I feel I should go in to a bit more detail, as the reasons were not fully explained as to why a shirt was required. It’s not for the before and after photo with the team, but more importantly so you don't have to put a T-shirt on over your head, as this will dislodge the grafts which take 7 days to connect. During the procedure you take off your shirt and wear a gown. I did wonder as I saw some photos with previous patients wearing T-shirts.

I arrived at the Clinic and discussed the procedure before meeting the rest of the team (Miss Hatice, Miss Binnur and Miss Suna).

My head was shaved, a hairline was outlined on my forehead and agreed with myself. The way you frown and how your forehead muscles behave will determine what hairline outline can and cannot be done. A blood sample was taken before the FUE procedure commenced. I lied face down on a massage style table and had injections in the back / side of my head. Some were painful, but the numbness soon kicked in. For the next 1 1/2 - 2 hours the Ladies harvested my donor areas. The only bad thing was the discomfort of lying down with your arms by your side, but the Team would stop if you needed a break or a drink of water.

After completing the ‘harvesting’ part of the procedure, lunch was served and a break of 30 minutes.

Now came the transplant part of the proceedure which took approximately 5 hours. Mr Aytac informed me that they would be preforming 4,600 grafts (at no extra cost) to give me the best possible look, which is a very nice touch.

I lied on my back this time with my head elevated. More injections (again some painful) were administered prior to preparing my head for the hair transplant. The Ladies are extremely professional and very very patient. I don’t know how they could keep up the systematic process for 5 hours..but they did. Miss Hatice speaks good English if you have any questions or in my case i required a further injection later on, as one part of my scalp started to become tender as the original injection wore off. Apart from this I didn’t feel anything during the procedure. Mr. Aytac was constantly in and out supervising.

At 18:00hrs the procedure was finally over and the Nurses cleaned up the donor area section prior to applying a dressing / protective bandage.

Mr Aytac explained what I needed to do to protect the grafts (this was also explained in a detailed list of instructions given to me). The most important was how to sleep for the next 5 days. You have to sleep upright with several pillows behind you at 45 degree angle. Any contact with pillows and or duvet could result in the grafts being removed. I found it difficult to sleep in this position and even tried to sleep sat in a chair. I suggest bringing an airline travel pillow with you and seeing if this would help (depends on where your donor hair was taking from).

The Driver (Mr. Ozkan) drove me back to the hotel and ensured I was reminded to bend down while getting in to and out of the car (another way you can lose your hard earned grafts).

I spent the night at Rox Hotel and didn’t really sleep due to the pain. Mr. Aytac prescribed several medications to help with the pain and anaesthetic. The hotel is nice and quiet with friendly staff.

A late check out of 13:00hrs and Mr. Ozkan picked me up (again reminding me about my head getting in and out of the car). Payment for hotel stay was taken care by Aestimed.

Mr Aytac removed the protective bandage and examined the donor area which was fine. A head band (similar to one used while playing basketball) was applied and he explained this was to stop the swelling from moving into my facial area due to the affects of the procedure / anaesthetic. It must be worn for a minimum of 48hours. I purchased 6 months supply of a special shampoo (Harrex). Mr Aytac also explained how to wash my head for the first 10 days (it takes 7 days for the hair to connect to the veins). After 10 days you can apply a scrubbing action to aid removing scabs.
On Day 3 I could wash my head for the first time. I took the head band off to wash my hair and I noticed after wards that my face started to swell up below one eye, so I quickly reapplied the head band.

As part of package Aestimed will take you to the airport, but I chose to stay in Istanbul to recuperate. Mr Ozkan kindly drove me to my chosen hotel.

Since the procedure I have been in touch with Mr Aytac via email and he has answered my questions each time promptly.

I would recommend Aestimed for the high standard of professional service given by the whole team and I hope to be able to show the results in 1 years time.

For people researching Turkey for a possible procedure, I would say yes. Flight ticket with Turkish Airlines was £190 return, procedure approximately £1,500 for 4,600 grafts and then additional days spent in Istanbul (very competitive Hotel prices) plus experience a truly beautiful city which I feel safer in than I would in Paris.

I had my FUE done on the 17th of October 2016, Aytac Karadut the medical director was very professional. He picked me up himself from the airport to a wonderful 4 star hotel. The next morning he picked me up from the hotel and we headed to the clinic. He explained to me what would happen that day and answered all my questions. I was a bit nervous in the beginning however, he made me feel at ease. Three nurses performed my FUE. I must point out that the nurses were very professional and patient with me. The surgery took almost 9 hours. The injections were a bit painful but soon the scalp went numb. I am waiting to see how the results wil look like. The way I was treated, I would recommend this clinic. I will post a full review with the results in a years time
