Terrible company.. most likely a scam! They don't respond to emails, calls go to a mailbox that is full and they provide absolutely no service at all.

Contacted them over online chat, Tried to ask for their fees (They don't make it public on website) and asked for the documents they need for handling my cargo clearance
They didn't ask for any document, but said one of our customs broker will reach you with the requested information, which didn't happen but the same chat agent sent an email for "Purchase $249 consulting for 30-mins with our customs broker"
I don't need consulting and said clearly I'm an established business and had +30 shipments a year, yet they did't request any document or declare their fees
They will let you speak out whatever you have, then you got to pay for consulting even a beginner or professional who just moving to another customs broker
Wouldn't recommend them, Starting with such way means it will be even a disaster all the way for your cargo, Avoid at all cost
