This is the second time I've had issues with this shop. First, they cancelled my order on the delivery date when I was supposed to travel the next day. Now, I ordered some products for another trip, and after four days without any updates (and it was supposed to be delivered within two business days), I called them. They informed me that one item was out of stock and that they were waiting for new stock to arrive.
I asked why they didn’t notify me or provide a note indicating that the item was out of stock. The representative responded that they are very busy and don’t have time to send notifications. He also suggested that I should call them first to check the availability of items before placing an order. I was shocked! This is incredibly unprofessional.

A cosmetics shop with the quickest deliveries. Products are well packaged, the communication is great and when you order before 15:00 on a week day, you get your package delivered the next day. I'm happy with them.
