Organised, so much to do on the boat .
The control of passengers needs to be addressed, it is shocking how young unsupervised adults can just run riot disrupting everyone's trip and causing stress. I had to drive for a few hours when we arrived in Dover and I was so stressed from the crossing I had to sit in my car in a lay by for an hour just to compose myself to drive.
Due to the weather our first ferry was cancelled and the second was an hour late. It was a very rough crossing but the ferry coped very well.
Very good stuff
Good service.
Smooth, spacious, relaxed. Very pleasant trip.
Need sell food more cheaper
Nothing to say really. All ok as is generally the case. We have had serious delays on some occasions but probably not the fault of DFDS
I was able to take an earlier ferry which was so good. Advise everyone to allow plenty of time at port as very busy with several checkpoints. I had a problem as I’d booked the premier lounge but there was nothing on my booking to state that. The staff were very helpful.
Couldnt fault it
Loading was easy and fast. The boat looked nice for Christams and the treasure hunt for kids was a good idea even if we weren't concerned. All the staff of the shop on board was nice and the offer on the way back on the Christmas'packs such as Clarins(that's what I bought) was a good surprise. The jewells "Indulgence" ,a beautiful selection with reasonnable prices. My mother bought 2 lovely pins for my Christmas(an owl on the moon+ a gingerbread house)
Great service
Excellent, thank you!

It was fine traveling.
The staff are French or British. They are very competent, friendly and professional unlike crews on their competitors.
