The ferry was clean and on time The dood was good, so much better than P&O. It's a shame that Daytrips are not cheaper, as they used to be.

A pleasant experience. Annoying that pets have to stay in the cars during crossing. Information provided beforehand by DFDS was incorrect as we were several times asked to provide API even if it was changed some time ago (to be provided during boarding). Also, information about the requirement of checking in an hour before departure wasn’t given in mails but we found out accidentally on the site, which meant the intended departure was missed.

To be fare I have been traveling around as French. Living in uk we get better service in France. The English side are a bit rude. Do not say all of them. But some young people jump to conclusions and forget customer services. In the traveling industry I can say English side need to be a bit more focused on customer care and customer service rather than just being someone to count hours and do like they owned the ferry company. That only encountering on DFDS. All in all I would say very good I rather say excellent service. Miss sea France. It was a great ferry company 😉 Thanks to all the team for their effort in making our journey as easy as possible. I agree that all passengers are not easy. Thanks 🙏 to all DFDS team and management. All went well. The check in now includes the advanced passenger information requirements saving you time filling in the on-line form. The facilities on board were ideal for a quick snack or a meal. The fare was competitive for the summer season. I think it would be beneficial if the ships were modernised as I remember these ferries when Sea France owned them.
