Well designed disabled persons wet room/bathroom which met all my husbands needs. Friendly, helpful workmen. All in a good experience.

I was 'promised' a perfect bathroom' and that is what I got.

Just had an adapted Bathroom Fitted to suit the needs of my Wife. We started with taking the excellent advice and planning offered by Company owner Ross. He carried out a very thorough and empathetic home visit and it became obvious the company ethos was based on old fashioned true Customer Centered Service. When the installation began a series of highly unexpected complications came to light. However nothing phased Ross or the installer PAUL. They completed the remedial work without hesitation and we have ended up with a beautiful new Bathroom. Highest Quality Materials and Superb finish with no attention to detail spared. Special Thanks must go to PAUL a multi talented and very kind and considerate young man. On behalf of my Wife and I we cannot thank you enough. Life will be much easier now.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Ross and his team were professional an attentive from the very beginning- nothing was ever too much trouble ( they even took away some unwanted but heavy clutter that I couldn't lift due to my disability). My needs as a disabled person were carefully considered throughout the installation process, and I was always consulted about matters concerning comfort and, vitally, accessibility. The result was an absolutely stunning, stylish and reasonably priced wetroom. Should you require a similar service, put this company at the top of your list

Just had my mother's bathroom refurbished and a walk in shower and wet room installed and the finished job is excellent. From the outset nothing was too much trouble for Ross and his team from initial planning to completion and queries were answered promptly. My mother was in hospital at the time but was given a discharge date this putting added pressure on to complete the job but we needn't have worried everything was done with time to spare.
Would thoroughly recommend Ross and team and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any future projects.

Had our bathroom completed by Ross and the boys last month. From start to finish they were brilliant, the level of workmanship is next level, very professional throughout the whole job including the other contractors who were involved.

Ross was fantastic! So helpful, friendly yet professional. There is no hard sales pitch, answering all questions fired at him - even working hard to change product specification on the order at short notice due to my mother changing her mind on the seat required. Ross you have made the bath mint experience for my mother a dream, even so - she cried in her first bath in the Montana, saying she has never felt so safe, having the ability to walk in and out of the bath and also being lowered down on the seat. Thank you so much and would recommend you every time.

Ross was professional and efficient from the outset. He carried out a thorough Home Assessment, listening to our requirements, and produced a clear and detailed plan. This gave us confidence that the bathroom would be suitable for our needs when finished. Once we decided to go ahead, he gave us a start date. He turned up as arranged and the work was carried out competently and with skill by him and his team. He told us day by day what they were doing. Everyone on the team was polite and considerate. They cleared up as they went along, making sure that as little mess as possible was carried through the house. At the end of the day, other than the bathroom, you wouldn’t say they’d been in the house. The bathroom looks beautiful and the work done by Ross and his team means we can all relax and enjoy our new bathroom safely.

I highly recommend this company...
They resurrected my bathroom from 1970`s bright yellow, to a functional, and wonderfully elegant bathroom.
As a multi-age household, it was vital for the design to include easy access, safety, ease of use (taps and shower) and that the products suited my unique, personal style.
From the onset, Ross, listened to my requirements, and dealt with the whole project with professionalism and warmth. Any queries were dealt with promptly, and with patience (I will admit that he dealt my OCD nagging like a gentleman).
The whole team went above and beyond from product - price - to quality of finish.
Many thanks for making such a messy job, so easy.
