Positive experience with Affordable Realty London overall. The process was handled smoothly and communication was good throughout. Rachel was helpful, supportive and always happy to answer questions and keep things moving forward. She made the whole process feel less stressful, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience and I’d recommend them.

I highly recommend this agency and in particular Rachel. She has made the process of moving easy and relaxing for us. Cannot be more grateful!

We were looking for a home for our family. The advertisement for this house caught our attention, and we immediately asked if we could view it. About 15 minutes after our request, the estate agent contacted us. We arranged a time to view the house, and at 1.30 pm we arrived for the appointment and Rachel showed us around. She showed us around the house, showed us every room, and then explained the procedure to follow. We were really excited about both the house and the professionalism and seriousness of the estate agent. We are happy to have been assisted in the best possible way by this agency

Great experience with this agency! They have a wide range of properties across London, and the name “Affordable Realty” really says it all. Rachel has guided us from the very beginning, from the first viewing and initial paperwork right through to handing over the keys to our new flat. She has been incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout.

Our moving day is on Sunday and we honestly can’t wait.

Thank you very much for everything! x

Rachel My rental was handled incredibly well and quickly.

We were in a very stressful situation and urgently needed accommodation, and Rachel Gunsberg was absolutely amazing. She was kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to help us. She found us a fantastic flat and made the whole process so much easier than we ever expected.

Her professionalism, dedication, and genuine care made all the difference for us. We’re so grateful for her help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, supportive, and proactive property retailer. Thank you again — we couldn’t have done this without you!

Rachel was really helpful in guiding us through the process in order to rent a property. From showing me the place, explaining the financial requirements and costs to negotiating with the landlord and reviewing and amending the final tenancy agreement. Everything was done very quickly with a lot of professionalism and attention to detail as well as always being available to answer our questions. Excellent customer service! I would wholeheartedly recommend her and Affordable Realty when looking to rent property.

Rachel was an amazing help, the best of the best! My situation was so time sensitive and the distress I was in, Rachel made the process so smooth and was also very good keeping contact. Thank you so much for your help

In a city like London where apartment-hunting is always stressful and suspicious, I can attest that Rachel at Affordable Realty lives up to its title, as she handed me the keys to an affordable, excellently located, and well-maintained apartment today.

Rachel and Affordable Realty have been such a great help. I reached out to view a particular flat advertised online and Rachel got back to me really quickly offering a slot for a viewing. She let me know about another they had nearby and offered to show me that one aswell, which ended up being the one we wanted!

During the viewing process, despite having back to back viewings at the time, Rachel was really friendly, professional and efficient and remained so all throughout the process. Always responsive and helpful whenever I reached out with a question, especially during our referencing process.

Highly recommend Rachel and Affordable Realty and would definitely use them again, although hoping not to move again for a while.

Thanks a lot for your help!

Although flat hunting and moving can be a stressful experience, Rachel made everything feel positive and effortless. She was very helpful and responsive, always reachable via email, text and phone call. She made sure I had everything I needed for the signing of the tenancy and that I didn't miss any deadlines. Her professionalism and proactivity made the whole process a walk in the park. Best experience I've had in London!

I have to say that my experience so far with this agency has been great, especially with Rachel Gunsberg. She has been an excellent advisor from the moment I contacted her until the moment I got the apartment

Rachel was clear on every step and helped me to move as soon as possible. It is very difficult to find a suitable place and fulfil all criteria, but with this agency all will be easier.
