I can honestly say not only are they some of the nicest people I have met, but they are excellent at what they do. I had an annoying electrical issue and had spent a long time researching the problem. Paul was happy to work with me and managed to solve the issue very quickly and at a reasonable cost. If you have an Abarth, Alfa Romeo or any Stellantis family car I would 100% recommend the team at A for Alfa in Aylesbury. Thanks Paul!!
Very poor customer service. The receptionist was unhelpful, gave incorrect information, and behaved unprofessionally. I won’t be using this garage again. Such a pity to give this level of service as the actual work was good. Just not the right attitude from a customer facing person!!!
