I’m incredibly disappointed$2,500+ charged with no onboarding, no demo, and unusual billing behavior with…

I’m incredibly disappointed with Aftershipt. We were charged over $2,500 to get started on their platform, yet we were never provided a proper onboarding, walkthrough, or demo of how to use the tool. There was no setup support, no account manager, and no communication to ensure we were getting value from what we paid for.

To make matters worse, two different IP addresses were used to attempt to charge our card — even after our original payment was submitted. When we brought this to their attention and asked for a breakdown of the charges, we were told the charges couldn’t be refunded — yet we were offered to stay on the platform for less than what we were originally charged. That made absolutely no sense.

To this day, I still don’t understand what we were even charged for.

If you’re a business thinking about using Aftershipt, I strongly urge you to ask detailed questions before paying anything — and get everything in writing. This experience has been both confusing and frustrating, and I would not recommend the platform based on how we were treated.

This company is a bloody disgrace

This company is a bloody disgrace. I have contacted their customer service who just bounce you to another department. They do not read and messages. They are thick.
Tw days I have tried to find a packet. I may swell bang my head on a wall

Don’t believe the app to help with foreign shipments

As a buyer I relied on this app to track four separate shipments from china. The tracking disappeared once the shipment reached Oklahoma and tracking was supposedly handed off to a ground delivery company each time. Suddenly the app claimed the shipment was delivered to my destination. I never received the shipments. I requested shipment information from corporate but the app company never responded. What I learned is the app is manipulated by the Chinese sellers to make me think there’s a shipment but there’s no such shipment. Beware.

Aftership is Logistics mismanagement

This logistics data portal is replete with trite phrases that do not reassure. Order in process, In transit, transfer hub, out for delivery, last mile... Meaningless double-speak designed to mislead. Aftershit is doing business at the pace of mistrust.

Says USPS has package, but USPS posts the same tracking info as the AfterShip site. Packages take 5-6 days longer to receive. This is not acceptable for medications or medical supplies. I'm very concerned about the security of my medications and supplies.

Quite nearly the worst tracking of…

Quite nearly the worst tracking of platform out there. So many bugs and errors. I would not recommend this product plus it’s very limited on what you can do and what it does. It over charges, free plan isn’t really free, customer support isn’t good, the list can go on. I would recommend using route.

Shipment tracking software that was…

Shipment tracking software that was likely devised by this company and successfully integrated has come in handy for me! It was easy to install it and customers oftentimes leave positive reviews about the simplicity of the interface when they track their parcels.
This is what I call quality service and software that was made to last. It's difficult to find something better than this, imho.

Customer

I am a customer who ordered from the Muddy Mat company and the package was to be sent to me here to my home in Russellville, Arkansas. They told me my order was sent on 2/12/2025.

I started trying to track it. It is being shipped by AfterShip. Finally, on 2/18/25 I got a message saying they had attempted to deliver my package....in Lowell, Arkansas. I looked it up and Lowell is about 2 hours from Russellville.

It is now 2/24/25...12 days since it entered shipping and 6 days since they said they attempted to deliver it in Lowell, AR and I STILL don't have my package and have had NO update on tracking.

I feel I have either been scammed by Muddy Mat company, or by the AfterShip company. Not sure which, yet, but I'm about to report it to paypal through whom I paid for this order.

AfterShip initially showed a lot of…

AfterShip initially showed a lot of promise and we had a great introductory call with them. We signed up for their service with the promise of smooth integration with Klaviyo, only to face persistent technical issues that made the service completely unusable in production. Despite spending months troubleshooting and exchanging numerous emails with their support team, the promised functionality was never delivered.

To add insult to injury, we were charged for two months of service (including an "over use" extra charge in month two!) yet only received a partial refund for the first month—leaving us out of pocket for services that never actually saw production due to their technical issues. An understatement to say disastrous for our small family-run business.

We cannot recommend AfterShip based on our experience. Their ineffective integration and unsatisfactory billing resolution have left us feeling taken advantage of. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for a reliable solution.

Think twice about using this

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, using DHL courier paying around 1k a year. We decided to add another Courier and were told that we had to pay 2k for the 2nd courier to work. We were 2 month into the payment cycle so we asked for a partial refund so we can stop the service but were denied. This has never happened to us before, we are extremely disappointed

This website is ridiculous

This website is ridiculous. Every time I search the tracking number I was given, I get different tracking logs. So far it's been delivered in Missouri, is on it's way in Canada, been delivered in Michigan. I'm in Minnesota. The "service" is a scam.

Very very unreliable service they…

Very very unreliable service they constantly charge you overcharged fees and 6months they didnt sort out my issue. They have also overcharged me and not refunding me. 6 months my inventory has constantly had issues they had no idea what the issue was, my inventory was a constant mess they still continued charging me and refund any of my money despite them not providing me with the service i pay for very very bad service would not recommend
