After having requested an intervention to repair my refrigerator and dish washer, I was requested 200 euro as a downpayment for a dish washer of low quality (totale 730 euro) and 440 euros to reapair the refrigerator in 10 days.
Fortunately I called Samsung after sale service and they repaired the refirgerator for 230 euros only.
I am strongly disappointed.
