SCAM

didn't really do anything and same as other reviewers, I ordered one jar and they've now charged me three times! No response to emails, and now their website is down (I'm sure that's not an accident). total scam.

I do not see any improvements & would not order again.
However I rec'd another jar yesterday that I did not order. Tried to call them, got voice mail, emailed them &
my email got bounced back. They are sending out more cream that is not ordered & I am sure they will be trying to charge me for it.
I think this is a scam product!

The Age Brilliance Company did exactly…

The Age Brilliance Company did exactly as the other reviewer said on 10-31-24. You order one jar to try fir 180 days and you can then get a full refund. Even though you order one jar, a second jar arrives 30 days later at $49.00, and the Company tells you that agreed to have a subscription, which is false. You only ordered a one-time trial order. Then when you ask for a refund on the original order and second jar they falsely send. They tell you that agreed to this and then they give an RMA number of a million XXX"s, which is fake. They then say you will get a refund and get charged for the second jar. And then $39.96 refund on first jar, due to a fake $10.00 restock fee. Which was never suggested or mentioned.

Please all women, do not order this, and do facial exercises on your own. And accept what nature has given us. As no cream will help our necks.

Age Brilliance Skincare is an Unethical Company

I ordered a product from this company. I had no idea I was signing up for a subscription. I never sign up for a subscription. About a month later I get a charge on my card for another product. I contacted the company by email and phone 2 times each. They never answer their phone and the message says to email them for faster response. They never responded back either time. I looked in my junk folder just in case, but nothing there. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company so we will see what happens. My credit card company can't block any charges from them, so if I don't hear back, I will have to cancel my credit card. What a hassle. I thought there was a law that the company had to notify you before they send out a subscription product. There is no way to cancel it on their website either. They state you have to call or email them to do so, but good luck with anyone responding back. Do not buy anything from this company!
