Like many contributors here, I got a very poor experience with this stock agency. I have been chasing my final invoice for the past 2 years. Their delay tactic is to come up with different excuses and asking to keep sending an updated invoice and then months go by without any response. Followups result in no communication. Their payment system is antiquated. So finally my patience has run out and have started legal proceedings against them. They will be receiving a much bigger bill than if they had just paid the invoice.

I was an age contributing photographer for years. After several years of no sales I cancelled my contract and asked for my original slides to be returned to me (as specified in the contract). I repeatedly asked them to return my art to me. Silence. Do not do business with this company.

Their response to my review only highlights why you shouldn’t do business with them.

Just a pity those thieves don't pay their photographers. That criminal of a CEO owes me 13 unpaid invoices. LOTS of photographers are in the same situation which means this coward (doesn't dare to communicate anymore) took thousands of dollars illegally by breaching his own contracts. Worst company in the business.

Alfonso, stop acting like the prime meridian passes through your ass. You're pathetic. We write to you and complain, but you're too much of a coward to reply. You got so bombarded with complaints you even blocked your facebook page. You're nothing but a criminal, an ordinary thief.

Payment worked, download not?

Great Photograph and very easy process to purchase the photograph. Just a bit pricey, otherwise, I would give you 5 Stars.

Payment problems, download problems, no answer at phone number for support, file not what I needed.

Very disappointed customer

The fact that you can't call them makes dealing with agefotostock very difficult. They seem to be unable to offer the publishing rights that we require at Usborne Publishing, and those rights that are on offer are crazy expensive.

Great! Perfect file - quick

After I purchased a license for an image very important to me, there was an error and it would not download. It seems like I lost about $70. Very upsetting.

Agefotostock is not paying to its contributors. Very negative experience with this company, avoid at all cost. I have contributed photos to photo agencies since the early 1990s and Agefotostock is easily among the very worst of them.

This worked great for me.

$45.00 for one image is too expensive. I purchased from the wrong site.

Agefotostock are thieves who sell photographers images and keep all the money.
I and other creators have unpaid invoices going back years that are left unpaid.
They don't even respond to emails, nothing just silence.
How these people sleep at night let alone stay in business is beyond me. It's theft, plain and simple...

Everything ok

Disastrous. It wasn’t what I wanted at all

Finding, purchasing, & downloading the image was very easy. The photo I was looking for was higher resolution on agefotostock.com than on alamy.com, but it was 2.5 times more expensive on agfotostock.
