Had the very hard-to-find image that we needed! Grazie mille!

My experience as a contributor photographer: poor support, old fashioned systems, no customer ticket system, no automatic invoicing (the photographer has to fill a tricky module in order to be billed). They use Yammer as the only "social" way to communicate with members. No E-Mail to inform their contributors. If you don't use Yammer you cannot be informed of important decisions taken unilaterally by the agency, such as the latest one (Collections Reports are no more available on the private website photographer's area). If, for any reason, you fail to save the e-mails sent by Agefotostock with the link to monthly report, you have no chance to be payed, they refuse to assist you. The revenues are well below the average of the best worldwide agencies. If you have no time to waste, avoid this agency.

I had a rapid and troublefree experience in obtaining my image

Found exactly what I was looking for, plus I was able to make a one-off purchase, no subscription.

Through a series of bad timing and technical issues, I ended up paying full price for an image that is of no use to me. An initial promo code issue went unresolved, rather than provide a replacement, I was asked to play phone tag with another representative. A replacement code was eventually provided after I had to make the purchase and was not retroactively applied, etc. The image itself proved to be unusable.

This was a series of technical, communication, and process issues, and something I've not yet run into when working with agefotostock's competitors, and all of which could have been avoided.

Super easy to create an account, purchase & download the photos that we want. Very please with them.

I was very happy with customer service.The Rep. I spoke with Kevin Noel was very helpful, informative, and patient. He is the main reason I decided to make an account. I look forward to a good business relationship.

The stock photo I downloaded of a wine glass was $5 and uneditable.

The image was just what I wanted. Only thing bad was it did not come with any border, so I had to resize it.

Good shop, lots of variety

Mr. Noel at agefotostock helped me complete a service project making interpretive signs. He was very helpful and the site had really good photographs.
