Don't Use Zywave Products

We used Insurance Pro for years with no issues. Then we were switched to Agency Matrix—without a clear explanation—and it’s been a mess. The platform doesn’t meet our needs, and this year they hiked the price by 45% with no warning. The invoice came from a different email and landed in spam.

I tried contacting our account rep for over a month. No response. The billing person said the rep couldn’t help and that we’re stuck with the contract. I asked to reduce the number of users (we don’t use that many), but they refused.

This company has shown zero regard for customer service or ethical business practices. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
