This company is a con. I spoke to them several times on several different technical issues, and they are not interested in fixing any of them. Their payment gateway is seriously flawed and it doesn't reflect the right amount that you have deposited.
It was displaying that my deposit payment did not go through, and I attempted to pay again. Eventually I ended up having deposited triple the amount that I initially intended.
I contacted support to ask for a refund, and they told me that they won't do a refund and that I have to gamble with the deposited amount - the only way to withdraw money out is if I gamble and win.
Long story short: They don't take any responsibility for their technical errors and they don't want to return your money.
Additionally, all of the support agents seem to be with made-up names - Alex Carrera, Den Cabore, Marie Lynn etc. Think long and hard before putting any money into this website.
Look at the way the positive reviews are written and by who. It's crazy I didn't see that coming.

Bonus promotions are cheating in my language. Just received a Christmas bonus promotion and I thought it was great. Start betting on instant games to meet the wagering requirements. And the website took of my REAL Deposit instead of the bonus. There is no option to choose the bonus money to play first. And it turned out that this is the way it works. This is a scam in my language. Will still buy lotteries from this company but that's it.

Deposit money lost in payment gateway mishandling
Tried to deposit money via. UPI on 28 oct 24 and debit was successful from my account and from wallet however the amount was not credited to my player account as their provider hasn't forwarded the amount. For me the point of contact is this website not their provider of gateway services. Now this website contact agent Marie is insisting that it's not their fault and I have to contact my wallet for refund as they have not control over their gateway services providers this is not acceptable and this is not the first incident that happened as in August 24 I had 4 transaction of usd 20 total is not traceable and they don't accept their fault even after reporting the failed transaction on the time of occurrence.
