We examined your case and found out that you have registered more than one account on the site. Let's see what the Terms of Use says about it:
"6.4 The User agrees that he will not create more than one Personal Account for personal use, create a Personal Account for third parties and use other people's Personal Accounts."
And also:
"6.6. The User is allowed to have only one Personal Account. Only one Account for each email, phone number, household, IP, and PC is allowed. If the User attempts to open more than one Personal Account, all accounts the User tries to open may be blocked or closed and any bets may be voided."
Please note that the Terms of Use are in the open on the site and you can read them anytime. You also agree with the Terms when you register an account.
Thus, it proves the point that you used more than one account which led to what happened.

What I appreciate about LottoAgent is that they scan actual tickets and upload them to the website for viewing, unlike their competitors. However, a concern arises because the ticket remains in their possession. What mechanisms are in place to prevent LottoAgent from potentially deleting your account and claiming the winnings themselves? While I understand that part of the lottery ticket is blurred for security reasons, it seems there could be more comprehensive safeguards. Additionally, what legal actions or suing solution are available if LottoAgent refuses to handover the ticket? From my understanding, LottoAgent doesn't have a physical location, although they claim to have been operating for a long time and possess a Curacao license or something similar. I've heard that such licenses are relatively easy to obtain, which raises doubts about their credibility. Please correct me if my information is inaccurate. Increased transparency regarding these matters would significantly enhance customer trust and, consequently, benefit your business.

The company is doing great but please do more on cyber security in protecting payment information. In our country we have hackers all over and if possible introduce a system that does not compromise information.
