Luxurious AP lingerie with always good promos

Perfect online shop for luxurious lingerie with worldwide fast and reliable delivery. Both for Europe and outside of Europe destinations the delivery service is fantastic, all customs duties are included. Quality is amazing as usually, sizes are true to size. I have never returned items as sizes always go correct and top quality.

It's my first time purchasing Agent…

It's my first time purchasing Agent Provocateur lingerie and was unfamiliar with the sizing. I had to exchange my initial order and still got the sizing wrong the second time. I really wanted to complete the set and had reached out to customer service. Tora - the Client Agent was very helpful and assisted me very swiftly with the correct size based on my true measurements. I was very satisfied with the service provided by Tora and would definitely buy again!

Returned item due to poor quality in…

Returned item due to poor quality in November 2022 and just got an email today in August 2024, confirming that refund is being processed. I had forgotten about this. How are they getting away with this, no additional compensation. Its absurd. I am sure their website says 14days for refunds. Purchased in 2022.

Very bad quality of Mazzy bikinis

Bought 2 Mazzy bikinis one bikini costs around £120.After wearing and washing them several times the elastic bands got loose and the closing clasp snapped.Contacted customer service but they are useless seriously waste of time!

Never trust this company

I bought a bra after two times wear,my bra tear !!! I contacted to customer service only for change but they said we don’t do not change not refund.
This item shows they used damaged materials not good one because only they want to charge people anyway 👎 their product is soooooo expensive and in this way they want to make themselves famous!!!! Only famous!!!!
Not care about customers not care about materials…. But they don’t know by selling rubbish stuff not only you don’t get famous but also you lose all your customers.

Totally Shambolic and NO Customer care at all

Having been sent a bikini with a different colour top to bottom i have now messaged AP 4 times and been calling all stores but no one answers. i sent them photos and they've still not responded at all!!!! when you call them you get a receptionist who says they don't take phone calls. AVoid at all costs this company is a shambles

Great Customer Service and Representative

I have been ordering from AP for a while. Recently, I made a purchase that was not fitted to my wife's body measurement. I contacted AP and got in contact with Mr. Riccardo regarding my dilemma. Mr. Riccardo was professional and very helpful. He assisted me with the order and made me happy. I would continue to order from AP in the future. AP's customer service has been excellent and surpass my expectation. Way to go AP Team!

I ordered in their site sweemwear

I ordered in their site sweemwear. Bikini was small. I wanted to exchange . I’ve sent back. Payed 15 euro. After they received my return, they sent me some photos of dirty old bra with a hole, witch I didn’t notice. And told me that they will send me this defective bra back after I pay them 15 euro. It’s the worst service I ever had… I have all the screenshots of communication with them. It was the question of 80 euros, the price of the bra.

Snobby staff

As an aussie who's only ever bought Honey Birdette for my wife, we decided to visit the AP store in NYC during a yearly US trip. The staff were snobby, they looked down at us like as if we can't afford it. As soon as my wife grabbed something to take a closer look, the assistant would butt in asking what she's after, what size does she want etc, no natural conversation flow or even attempt. The prices were astronomical for the low quality and lack of that "WOW factor". We asked them if there's a Honey Birdette store close by, and they looked at us as if we had just insulted them. As we were walking out, we heard them laughing, we turned around and they were looking right at us so clearly were talking about us probably saying we can't afford it ... (us aussies dress very casual but don't be fooled). If you go into a Honey Birdette store, you will feel the quality difference, not only in the garments, but the customer service / quality of people they hire.
