I first met Mark in early 2020, we’d started to think about moving and getting a bigger house, however, we wanted a valuation of ours so when looking at houses we had a rough idea of our price range.

What I liked about Mark, is that he took it all on board did the valuation and didn’t then hassle us, with calls or emails to see if we’d found something or are we ready to put ours on the market.

I respected this and it’s ultimately what made me call him first when we did become ready to sell, this year.

What’s also great about Mark and his company. Is that’s he’s always your point of contact, which takes a lot of stress and hassle out of things as he knows everything about your sale or purchase.

In our case, we’d found a house we wanted to buy and needed to get our house on the market, as quickly as possible. I explained our situation and he quickly arranged for the photographer to come, floor plans to be drawn and within two weeks our house was up for sale. Again the people he uses to do the photos and floor plans were excellent. Polite, respectful and especially the photos great at what they do, which then is a good reflection on Mark.

Mark’s has a wealth of knowledge and experience, his advice based on the valuation and where to start with a selling price was perfect, we had loads of viewings and had a few offers and ended up getting more than we expected. Then once we’d accepted an offer, his service didn’t just stop he continued to work and be the middle man between us and our buyer. Mark does make you feel like you’re his only client and from day one until the end he’s always there if you need him.

Finally, fees. His fee is a percentage of the sale, which may work out more expensive than some other companies. However and I can’t stress this enough, for me this is the best way to work. Because he doesn’t get paid until the sale has gone through and it’s in his interest to sell your house for as much as possible. Other companies that have a fixed fee, either want it upfront and then they have no real incentive to sell your house and even if the fee is paid on completion they have no drive to get the highest sale price as they could just want to get it sold so they get paid. So Marks way of working, I think is the best.

I really can’t fault Mark, he’s definitely who I’d recommend to people and who if we ever moved again I would contact first.

We bought a house which was marketed by Mark’s agency. He smoothed several bumps on the journey and without him this would have been a stressful experience. He always had the interests of both sellers and buyers at heart and was supportive right through to completion.

I would highly recommend Agents4U. We purchased our house through them and they were very helpful throughout the process. They helped keep things moving when others in the chain stalled, chasing solicitors and other agents. They were very responsive to any queries providing good advice and a professional and personalised service throughout.

Mark is a very knowledgeable and helpful man. Realistically valued our house and got a sale within days based on his advice. None of the sales patter to get you on the books like other agents we spoke with. Great at helping things along when they get sticky too! All round great service and well worth every penny of his fee. Don’t use anyone else for your house sale. Mark is your guy.

We had a few valuations with other local and national estate agents and none compared to the price he valued our property at but also the expertise he clearly had.
