Got a pair of AG pants as a present and decided to put them in my closet for a special occasion. I finally planned a vacation and forgot I had them until I started packing so I grabbed them. When I got home, I washed them and noticed that the blue dye from the tag leaked off the label and stained the white pants. I reached out to the customer service because it was a manufacturing defect, and they told me that, since the product was over a year old, all they could offer me was a twenty percent coupon for another pair on their website. So I have a pair of pants that run $215 per pair that are ruined because of a manufacturing process and they give me a coupon so I can buy another pair on their website? I have multiple pair of AG pants and this has never happened so I was a little shocked. What happened to standing by your product, especially since it was a manufacturing defect? I did nothing but wear the pants and wash them as the label instructed. Thanks for the great customer service.

AG service is very responsive to answering questions and issues in lightning speed. Had an issue and customer service reacted in a positive way. I am 100% satisfied with this company.

My order was received promptly, and more importantly, when I had a question, their customer service team provided impeccable service and were delightful!

Bought two pairs of jeans from the outlet. One arrived smelling strongly of urine, so as a precaution I put them both in the washer. The fit was inaccurate from the sizing chart provided on the website, but since they were elastic waisted, with no belt loops, I could not cinch them up.

I sent an email to Adriano Goldschmied support requesting a size exchange, but since I had removed the tags to wash the pants my request was denied.

You’ve gotta hand it to them for making the process of dealing with contaminated jeans thoroughly obtuse.

Also, for final sale, pray that the provided size chart is accurate.

Proceed with caution with these guys.

Contacted customer service as my order was shipped to MN and I am in CA. AG immediately contacted FedEx and corrected the situation.

I had an issue and the company responded promptly, was easy to work with and they were empathic with their solution. I love AG and highly recommend their product, and customer service. Their product is amazing quality, and I will keep purchasing their jeans.

Carrier delivered my order to the wrong address and when I reached out to AG Jeans they were very, very helpful. They got right on it and contacted the carrier then sent a replacement order the next day. I was worried about losing $ and time since my husband bought the pants for a trip next week. So grateful for their amazing customer service!

I had the experience of dealing with the customer service team behind the AG brand and was pleasantly surprised at how professional and nice they were. I was a few days late to send back my return and reached out to customer service and they emailed me back within 24 hours and once I confirmed they pants were in original form I was emailed back a return label. They were on top of it.

I purchased a pair of AG Prima cigarette crop jeans from the outlet, online, assuming they were the same AG Prima cigarette crop jeans that I had purchased full price a few months earlier from the full price website. ( I like them so much, I was happy to find another pair on sale). I was disappointed when I received them as they do not fit the same and the fabric is inferior. Writing a review here because, interestingly, not able to review this purchase on AG outlet site. Wonder why they don’t let you review your purchases?

First off, I love AG jeans. I think they have the BEST wash in the jean world. They have so much personality. I ordered the wrong size in my jeans and within 2 hrs. they got back to me, and they had fixed it for me. Most places say oh sorry it is already in processing, which I find always hard to believe. But AG did not and now I don't have to do the hassle of returning the wrong size. Thank you, AG, for great CS

I'm very happy with most of my purchases from AG Jeans, and if I wasn't happy it was only because the style wasn't right for me. I love their quality and the quick shipping. I recently had an issue printing a return label and Customer Service was quick to step up and email me a label which I was able to print. Will always be a loyal customer.
