This is a massive scam. They send you a pair of socks instead of whatever it is you ordered. No way to get your money back… and of course the block you on Facebook and delete any unwanted comment so you can’t warn other victims.

This is a Scam, save your money.

They will send you a sock as a free gift, and you will never receive your order. They will continue to say that the merchandise has been held/delayed, and will not issue your refund. They will then tell you that if you want your refund, you will have to pay for the return shipment of the free gift, and will continue to use any cheap trick just so they don't give you your money or deliver your order.

This company sucks and it's a scam company I ordered something and I never received it how do I get my money back

No product received.
100s of emails back and forth just stringing me along.
only offering a 60% refund and now waited months for that.
Whole process been 4 months. TOTAL SCAM!!!

Order placed in March after many e mails and excuses I still have not received my order end of June they have now offered me a 15 percent refund .Do not use Aglaraa
1 sent a" gift" cheap wind up bath toy and informed my order had been delivered
2 disputed the delivery
3informed my order would now be sent from China
4 order seized by customs
5 offered 15 percent refund

I've never received my product. I only received a tiny toy that they use to track the parcel as an excuse.
After 3 months sending mails and give the runaround I give up.

I wish I could give zero stars amd Facebook need to screen their advertisers better. I ordered a playset and they sent me a rattle with a card that says your product is on the way, but when you go to their site it shows order complete.

Be careful you will never receive your parcel fake company in china they will take your money after 15 days it says you parcel was delivered

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you’re responsible for making sure my order is delivered to me at my address or to an agreed alternative safe place. I did not agree to my order being left in an alternative place and I have not received it.

If Royal Mail left something with a neighbour or in a certain place without telingl them to, it’s the seller’s responsibility if it gets lost. We have contacted you to ask for a redelivery or a refund which you have not done.

We will be reporting your business to trading standards as we feel you have broken the law by receiving payments for an item which has not been delivered or refunded.

They never delivered and their courier service had a ton of complaints of not receiving their order. They use a false tracking report and state it was delivered when it wasn’t.
