Terrible customer service. Refuses refund
We bought quite an expensive lamp from this store. We at first did not receive a bulb with it. Then we bought a fitting bulb which kept flickering. We replaced it with a bulb from their websjte, same issue (non stop flickering after the lamp is on for a little period of time). We exchanged the dimmer and switches after painful customer service conversations over a period of weeks/ months about the broken lamp. We send it back for them to see if its malfunctioning as we wanted a refund but they refused. They concluded it was fine but it still does not work and they still flat out refuse a refund despite us still having a broken designer lamp. We just want to send it back and get a refund as the warranty has not expired but they refuse.
