While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Appalling Attitude, Deceptive Stock Claims, and Zero Customer Service

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Save your time, money, and sanity, and avoid Agri Market Insight & Access at all costs.

I urgently needed a water pressure washer hose for a Hyundai and messaged them on Saturday. I was explicitly told by a staff member that the item was IN STOCK and would be dispatched on Monday. I paid £9.99 for delivery, hoping it would arrive by Tuesday.

By Wednesday, nothing had arrived. I sent messages and emails—all completely ignored. I finally called at 10:00 AM, was promised a callback, and unsurprisingly, never received one.

When I called back at 1:30 PM, I had the sheer misfortune of speaking to a woman named Kim. When I explained the urgency and how many times I had tried to get an update, her response was an incredibly arrogant: "Well, you haven't spoken to me and I'm in charge!"

She then casually informed me that the item hadn't even been dispatched and wouldn't arrive until Thursday. The kicker? They didn't even have the item in stock! They had lied on Saturday and were simply going to order it directly from Hyundai themselves.

When I asked to cancel the order so I could just buy it directly from Hyundai (who actually guarantee next-day delivery), Kim decided to argue with me before literally hanging up the phone.

An utterly shockingly run business. Read the other negative reviews on "G"—they are entirely accurate. Order direct from the manufacturer and avoid these middlemen who lie about their inventory and treat paying customers like an inconvenience.
