Unfortunately on very rare occasions parcels go missing. There are procedures which we have to follow as a small independent store, which is sometimes frustrating for the both of us and they do take time to be investigated - so that compensation can be issued correctly. Sincere apologies once again as we explained, your emails went into our spam folder. We understand that noticing the different colour ways on barcodes may be confusing as suppliers use their own colour system for their products (in this case dusty rose) but on our website we attribute a simple colour system for customers to be more familiar with (our colourway is light pink) which is displayed on our label above the barcode. We are happy that this is now resolved and we have issued you with a refund because you have decided not to keep the correct item.

I shopped the store and loved the varied range of men’s brands, loved the Autumn looks. Staff were lovely too…. Only issue; I ordered 4 items online, but 1 of my items was incorrectly sent.
Apart from that, great shop!

Missing item, no response when contacted
Update: Emailed AIDA after they responded to the review and resolved it quickly. I went to the store to pick up the missing item, all is good. Still love the store and will continue to shop there!
One of my items was missing and some items were delivered in the wrong colour. I emailed to get this sorted about a week ago, still have not seen a reply. I really like AIDA's products so please respond to me so I can change the review! :(
