Grubs, sneaky limited access to funds, terrible service

Grubs, my 90 year old father wants access to his funds given rising cost of living and poor returns provided through AIM. The fund was initially set up through NAB. We need to demonstrate hardship to withdraw full funds or we like others are stuck with small withdrawals on a six monthly basis. Customer service are rude hard to understand and on two occasions tried to end the call while I was asking for clarification on questions. Stay right away thanks NAB!!! Somones getting rich out of it.

SO Immoral

SO Immoral. They have had money from my Grandmother's will account that we have not been able to get out for the last 8 years. All paper work is in order, they are just legally allowed to give only 16% of the money when asked, so they do. NAB Signed my grandmother up to this shady company, which is offering less than CPI return. I will happily send through all paperwork and correspondence to anyone who asks.

Warning

Warning, we have money invested with AIMS. We have tried to take it out for nearly a decade. Warning, They say they can only give out a little at a time.
The money was part of an inheritance. We were hoodwinked by these greedy good for nothings.

Warning read the fine print.

My PIL invested with AIMS

My PIL invested with AIMS, it has been well over 12 months since both have passed. Even the solicitors handling the Estate are unable to close and finalise their account and small redemptions are being paid. Not only is this not letting the family move on, but it is costing a fortune to keep the Estate going with the solicitors fees. I don’t know how they are able to keep the investment open when their is no long an investee.
