Air China Lounge Service at Dalian…

Air China Lounge Service at Dalian Airport.

Well organised, no problems to enter the lounge with economy ticket and TK Gold card including my guest.

Even after typical lunch time, a beef noodle soup was served. Chinese local people were kind and friendly. I was impressed by it.

Worst airline ever — I will never fly with Air China again.

Worst airline ever — I will never fly with Air China again.

I booked three tickets in April for a trip to China in October. Our outbound flight was with Lufthansa from Amsterdam to Chengdu via Frankfurt, and the return flight was with Air China. In the meantime, Air China completely changed our flights. On both the outbound and return legs, we couldn’t sit together. Online check-in was impossible because their website simply didn’t work.

The 10-hour flight was very uncomfortable. When we returned to the Netherlands, two out of our three suitcases were delayed — fortunately, they were delivered to our home later that evening. If this had happened on the outbound flight, it would have been a huge problem, as we were traveling on to Zhangjiajie and Chongqing right after arrival. Without our luggage, it would have been a disaster.

I’ve never experienced anything like this before. I will never fly with Air China again, and I strongly advise others to avoid this airline.

cannot amend date

I booked a flight and the website updated the date as I went to pay and it went through.
I immediately called them after searching on many websites to get the number. The girl tried to help me and she said because I booked in the website officially no way to make an APP account. Then advised me to cancel the ticket and rebook, then said oh I can change it for you but it was too late. Ive lost my money now and they dont even know the refund amount. Do not book with them avoid.

I missed my flight and when I tried to…

I missed my flight and when I tried to change just the Narita to Beijing leg, they told me that my entire round trip would be cancelled, including the connecting flights and return flights. They quoted me 170,000 yen for rebooking. When I searched for the same route again, it was only $612, plus I had to wait 30 minutes on their customer service line. I don't think I'll ever use them again. I asked the travel agency to cancel the booking.

Estafado por Air chins

My name is IGNACIO, AIR CINA It is an incompetent company, I started the process of canceling my flight on the website by mistake, minute I continued calling air china because on the website there is no way to cancel the cancellation, I spoke about this with the air china teleoperator and we came to the conclusion that it was better to leave the flights as they were, I asked him to cancel the cancellation attempt that I made from the website and it seemed that everything was fixed, a day later I am without flights and with a pittance refund. I call again and very arrogantly he tells me that I was left without flights and without money. I only ask that they return the flights as they were, if their telephone operator did not perform their task well I should not be the one who will pay the consequences .
a suggestion should be able to cancel the initiated refund operation from the same place where flight cancellation processes are generated
and you should send an email saying the refund amount and if you agree to continue with the operation
