Excellent products and outstanding service

Masking, it's not just for COVID anymore! Seasonal allergies due to tree pollen have bothered me for years. Viruses picked up from schoolkids have been another seasonal but perennial problem. My Airinum masks (I own several of both the Urban and the Lite) have made the Winter (viruses) and Spring (pollen) livable again.

Choosing to remain long term in a region with poor air quality is not something my wife and I take lightly. So when it came down to deciding what apparatus we would use to keep our lungs safe, all roads led to AirNum. Now after using the Urban Mask for one year, I can safely say that if we had not used our Urban masks, we would be coughing up a storm just like all the locals and other expats. Having these masks give us peace of mind and allow us to stay in a place we love dearly.

The purchasing experience was also quite nice. They had a system which scans your face and determines the more reasonable mask size. Shipping internationally also went smoothly. I'm truly happy they are back as this will allow us to have long term air support

The masks are really effective, as they have protected my immunocompromised partner and myself from sick people and their viruses.

Customer service is quick to respond and very helpful.

Airinum products are excellent and reasonably priced for the quality. I've been using them since 2019, the masks and the haze purifier.

Recently the company changed ownership but the fact there will be ongoing support for their products means loyal customers can keep using them, which is brilliant, as the switch was concerning.

This is the best mask on the market. I have a small face so this actually stays on, as opposed to the other ones that wrap around your neck. It's lightweight and has a filter, awesome for Burning Man.

I have been using Airinum products for several years now. The products and customer service have always been excellent. I am delighted to hear that their adventure is continuing, and I will be there to support them. Thank you again.

I ordered several items. After one full month of waiting they finally delivered the package. A few days earlier they told me that the large filters will not be sent as they are out of stock and they refunded me for them along with two other items as a compensation for the long wait.
When I opened the package, the most important item, the whole reason for my order, the large mask was missing and all the medium filters and the medium mask were expired (which means they spent more than five years in storage deteriorating).
To sum up: they did not send half of my order and everything they sent a month later are old stock and expired. They told me that they will not issue a refund for the missing item or the expired items.
What is this if not stealing?
I will of course file a police claim and initiate a chargeback if they don't pull out their heads of their rectums.

Ordered 3 Lite Air masks. I opened one. First thing is there is SO much extra plastic and packaging so the company has very little regard for plastic waste.

2. Once you open it you cannot return it. The product itself is no more comfortable than a regualr N95 once you install the insert. So now I have a mask that I paid too much for, is not any more comfortable, and caused so much more waste.

3. They do NOT send you pre-paid postage so now I am having to go to the post office and stand in line to return the other two Lite Air masks which I have no need for. Not to mention, there was no address on the site's "return policy" so i had to email and waste more time.

This company in my opinion is forcing the sale of the units, because they make it difficult to return, and then once opened to examine the product, you have to keep it - no refund. This is not a good company and very bad customer experience.

Never delivered then don’t resolve the problem bad customer service

This product is rubbish
It’s too flimsy and the two parts keep separating I did ask to return it but was told there is NO returns if you open the mask, in which case how the hell can you try it on.

Uncomfortable and not worth, don't buy, and don't waste your money, they are hard to breathe through and get moist inside the mask within a short time

first, the filters come with your masks, and now you try to tell me that the filters are not the best and are not fit for breathing purpose, and i should get another filter

second, I did not breath through my mouth when breathing in and out, please do not suggest that I breath through my mouth

third, I am still waiting to hear From you about how i can return one of the masks as I bought two together

finally you reply sounds that you are in denial? but you knew you have some better filters than this

I'd been considering upgrading my existing mask - a Honeywell Dual-Layer mask used with Bondir KN95 filters.

And having considered Airinum's masks for quite some time, it seemed to be a worthy upgrade which delivered a key thing I was seeking - an edge to edge KN95 filter.

Shipping was fast, arriving within 48hrs of dispatch, and the packaging was a nice touch which I felt reflected what was positioned as a premium product.

If only more money was spent on the product, and less on the packaging - they might have overcome some of the significant issues impacting its effectiveness and quality that have led me to seek a full refund.

Whilst it did deliver with it's edge to edge KN95; the design choices and material selection for the mask meant it didn't create a consistent and reliable face seal, rending the edge to edge replaceable filter useless.

The velcro on the filters left and right tabs was useful, but the poor choice of elastic and lack of velcro in other areas meant that the fabric would slip around significantly and not remain firm to the wearer's face.

It also meant the fabric rose up in front of the wearer's eyes causing obstruction to the visual field, and also caused any glasses they were wearing to constantly slip down.

And yes, I had selected the right mask fit based on their recommendations.

And all of this seems to be inconsistent with the product photos and reviews I'd read prior to purchase - which all seemed to suggest the opposite of my experience. If only i'd checked out what people were saying on Trustpilot first (hindsight is a wonderful thing).

I'm hoping the company comes through with a full refund of the purchase.

I am a repeat Airinum customer many times over. Early on in the pandemic I began to order masks for myself and my daughter, son-in-law and their two young children. It was great comfort to know that I was doing all within my power to keep them safe. My contacts with Airinum's support team have always been extremely pleasant, any questions or concerns were answered in a timely manner. Thank you to Airinum and especially its support team! Compared to the Ausair mask I accidentally bought at the same time the Airnium is much lower quality and almost double the price.

The Airnium mask is esily the lesser of the two on build quality, much more restricted airflow and the fit is tight - at least for me.

The Ausair mask was far more comfortable and far easier to install the filters. It also came with a carry bag as well, which Airnium charges extra for.

Save yourself the trouble and get the Ausair - I really struggle to see how the Airnium can be so much more expensive - bordering on rip-off.

Also, customer service was poor. I got both masks by accident (I only needed one but accidentally ordered the Ausair second). I was within the cancellation period for the Airnium order but they miraculously shipped immediately prior to responding to my cancellation request with an "Oh sorry the order has already shipped..." and I mean my a minute or two.

A great company with excellent products.
Customer service from Shirley was outstanding and with prompt and efficient timeframes delivered.

Ordered many times from this. The latest one has problem with tracking number. However, the support team came in and solved it fast within half day. Really impressed!

I had a problem with a delivery, contacted Shirley at Airinum support, and give her 10 out of 10 for the way in which she handled it.

Excellent product. It fits well and is comfortable to wear.
