On time great job
I was looking for an air con service company I could trust to service all of our Units at my warehouse for a low price and not add any extra costs. Air options was by far the cheapest, two friendly engineers turned up on time for three days and done a great job. They also helped me with one of many questions I had about the thermostat etc. I would defo recommend this company

Air Options did a great job
Air Options did a great job. Good communications from the admin team before the job. The engineer was on time and he fixed the fault on his first visit. He took time to inspect the system and was then able to diagnose the fault and get the twin air con. system working properly again. The work was carried out successfully and within a limited time window. Many thanks Air Options!

Great Service
I’ve been using Air Options for my air-con servicing for a number of years now, and have just had a further visit. The service engineer who visited, Darren, was a very personable fellow. He was tidy and thorough in his work.
The people I dealt with to arrange the visit were also helpful and professional.

Extremely professional and efficient

Aircon Failure
Our Aircon stopped working and we needed to close our business as we provide gymnastic classes to children and the heat was unbearable.
Bethany and Victoria responded very efficiently and explained the process very well - it was clear to me they had a difficult time accomodating so many customer with Aircon issues but with in 48 hours it was booked and 2 very professional engineer came on site and fixed the Aircon within 4 hrs.
I would highly recommend Air Options for their respond time, customer service and professionalism on site assessing and fixing the issue.
