Professional, Clean Tidy work
I found Air Options via Google and their website was informative and well presented. This followed up by prompt site visit to determine our requirements & good communication from the office when order was placed. The installation went smoothly and they cleared up after themselves. Air Options was not the cheapest quote we had but we are pleased with the works undertaken and would recommend.

Great service and very feliable
Very impressed with all the guys who came out, the first to see what the issues were and the next who replaced a unit for us
Everything was done when they said and done properly
The only thing I wouldn't recommend is buying a replacement control. They could do it for me and with the proper remote but the cheap generic ones for sale on the internet that I tried were fine
Nothing really to do with these guys but just a suggestion
100% recommendation for these guys

Great service, accurate quote and great workmanship
Dealing with Air Options has been a breath of fresh air!
They fitted additional AC units quickly, on budget and to the exact time scales they quoted and showed up when they said they would and always left the premises in a clean state... very important for a dental practice. They worked around our busy schedule and after fitting came back to ensure everything was working as intended and then emailed again to ensure we were still happy.
Highly recommend their service.

From day one of the installation being carried out, no one in the office complained of any interruptions, end of each day all tooling was put away.
A neat and tidy job carried out, flow chart produced before the start of project was kept to and completed on time
Conclusion: i would have no problem recommending Air Options Ltd to any other company regarding PRICE, LABOUR AND COMPLETION ON TARGET

Professional, friendly - thoroughly recommend!
We've been working with Air Options for about 9 months now and rate every aspect of the service we receive from them 5 stars - everyone from Hayley when we log a call-out to Howard and Jim (plus the other guys that have visited us) and the more senior management when they've needed to get involved with quotes and more problematic troubleshooting.
They are all professional, friendly, quick to respond and a pleasure to work with on all counts!

Professional, knowledgable and seem keen to help.
After being let down by a previous supplier of an AC unit we were sceptical in looking for a new supplier. Air Options offered free evaluation , won our trust and spent time looking for suitable units that fulfilled our requirement. Installation efficient and on the day booked. Will use Air Options again and recommend them based on our experience so far. Hope that their interest in keeping us happy remains through annual servicing !

Honest and Professional
We've now used Air Options for two installations and also they now hold our annual maintenance contract. We got a few quotes for both sets of work we needed to have done and not only were Air Options competitive from a cost perspective they also listened to our specific needs and gave advise beyond just the questions we asked. The jobs were completed with minimal disruption within a very tight time frame and all staff who attended the site were professional and courteous.
