Always excellent service

Booked Meet & Green at Birmingham International Airport this time as normal car park used was not available. The M & G car park was easily found however was further away than our usual car park. It was therefore harder to walk to departures/arrivals. On return and walking back to the car park, our car passed us. Generally a good experience.

Perfect location for the airport. Easy to find, plenty of clear signage and parking spaces and regular pick up from the complimentary bus.

First time using this parking a d couldn't fault it. So easy no fuss and car waiting when we arrived back. Best airport parti have used

The arrival staff were very friendly and informative, and the same can be said for the team who assisted us when we returned from our holiday. The overall process is straightforward and works well.
However, I do have a concern regarding the condition of my car upon return. The passenger seat had been reclined, which I found unusual. While I understand that the driver’s seat may need to be adjusted to move the vehicle, I don’t see why the passenger seat would need to be moved. Additionally, the radio had been changed to a station we do not use, and the volume was turned up extremely loud.
This left me feeling disappointed, as I expected my car to be treated with care while I was away. I would have thought that staff would avoid making unnecessary adjustments or using the vehicle for anything other than moving it as required. Unfortunately, this detracted from an otherwise positive service experience.

Easy to find and the directions on the confirmation email were clear. It's a car park, what more can I say?
The tarmac was a nice colour?
Drivers were polite.

on arrival in paphos we contacted the mts desk and only had a 5 min wait . the driver was polite and plesant and very helpful with bags. the return trip was the very same and on time we are using mts on the 10/07/26 glad i chose them very relyable thanks guys

Very easy straightforward booking and super close to arrivals and departures

I use the Skyport park at Glasgow airport; usually the service is both friendly and efficient. On this occasion, the shuttle bus was late in collecting me from the airport although not disastrously so. My BIG gripe however, is that when I tried to get out of the park, at 11.00pm, my way was blocked by 3 of the park's shuttle buses. I waited, clearly visible with headlights on, while the 3 drivers chatted. Eventually one approached me and told me I needed to re-enter the maze of the car park from where I would find a way out. Thinking there was a mechanical problem with one or more of the buses I did that. On emerging from the maze, I found one of the buses had now moved, allowing egress from the park. In summary, they need to learn they are there for customer convenience, not the other way round! I am not happy.

I always use Airparks when flying from Luton. Never had a problem and the whole process from booking online, arriving and collecting my car has always gone smoothly.

Straight forward process to book and pay online. Would benefit from advance warning of correct entrance to use in advance of parking visit. Automatic VNPR is great. Parking location was mainly hard standing but lots of large stones on surfaces should be cleaned down. Area was well marked alphabetically and person at entry barrier indicated where to park.Coaches to and from airport are fairly regular. Any bulky cases would benefit from some assistance which is not available at present. I would recommend as appears to be good value for money.

From booking online to picking the car up from the airport everything was easy and straightforward.

The drop off and collection of the car was ok. I’m was very annoyed that seat had been lifted to the maximum height and I couldn’t get in the car with it being set so high. The heater controls had been changed, the radio reset. And other controls changed. I feel that your driver violated my car by moving things and maybe going through my glove box ETC
I except moving the seat back or forward and moving the mirror. But not other controls. Your driver had no respect for its owner and hopefully he didn’t drive my car like an idiot. I have lost trust in your company after many years of using you.

At first I had to check in online which I was quite angry about but to my surprise as soon as I walked through the door with my keys to hand in I was greeted with the tag already prepared. I’ve been using this car park for years but never had I walked through that little building so fast, and to add to this the transfer bus was already waiting, even though I just saw one leave, so I got on the bus and in about a minute we were off to the airport. This service has improved considerably, I will without doubt be using it each time I travel from Luton. Keep up the good work Airparks!

Extremely easy to get to the car park and find a space The gentlemen at the gate on the 12th June was very helpful, and pleasant. Defiantly would recommend Airpark short stay parking.
