Terrible- DO NOT BOOK

Terrible. We booked a private ride for 10a pickup, paying over $200 for two of us. We were asked if we would do a shared ride at 9:30 instead. We said yes because it was our only option. At 8:45, the driver called to say he was arriving right then, which was 45 minutes before the rescheduled 9:30 time. We rushed out the door to find that we were in a small SUV that had every seat full and we had to sit in very uncomfortable, close quarters in a back seat with carry on bags in our laps for 2 hours. This was not the service we paid for. Not to mention, The other two people we were sharing the car with had also initially arranged for private rides as well.

Now to address the rude behavior of the driver. No apologies for being 45 minutes early and after we were assured there would be plenty of room for all luggage (I doublechecked when texted about a shared ride), the driver basically tossed luggage into the back seat with us and said there was no room, so we wound up with luggage on our laps, making the cramped conditions even worse.

I emailed the company my concerns and they said that since service was already rendered, they would not offer a refund but instead offered a discount code. A discount code is useless as I will never use this company again.

With 30 minutes prior to my scheduled…


With 30 minutes prior to my scheduled pickup I was notified that they could not fulfill my ride This left me scrambling and nearly missed my flight (Not a great way to start a day) I had to scramble and had to pay $170.00 due to last minute cancellation
This is not my first 2nd or 3rd screw up with Company

But it certainly is my last What a EFF*N joke
To any one reading this stay as far away from this screwed up Company

45 min late

45 min late. Reserved for 3:30….arrived at 4:15. Hope they are not late for the booked ride back to the airport. Don’t want to miss my flight.

Avoid at all costs

This was hands down the worst transfer experience I’ve ever had, and completely unacceptable — especially when traveling with kids.
On the way from Phoenix to Sedona, while the driver himself was very kind, the car broke down twice in the middle of the highway in 110° desert heat with my two children in the back seat. After the second shutdown, I told the driver I wasn’t comfortable continuing and suggested calling Uber or asking for another vehicle. He called the company, and shockingly, the mechanic already knew the issue with the car — and instructed him not to exceed 65 mph. Meaning they knowingly put a faulty car on the road with passengers, including young kids, in the middle of the Arizona desert. Completely irresponsible and dangerous.
I thought it couldn’t get worse, but on the return transfer back to Phoenix, the AC in the vehicle was barely working. With three people in the back seat, we were sweating through the entire ride in yet another 110° day.
This level of negligence and lack of professionalism is beyond unacceptable. If you care about safety, reliability, and basic comfort — especially if traveling with family — avoid this company at all costs.

Canceled my ride from Tucson to Phoenix…

Canceled my ride from Tucson to Phoenix sky harbor by email with only an hour’s notice. No call. No text. I only realized it was canceled when they no showed my pickup. Darn near missed my flight and they refuse to give me a full refund on the round trip service I booked. Stay away from this company!!

Dishonest

I booked airport pickup for 3 people and luggage and that meant either a sedan or an SUV. They ended up sending an SUV which was fine. Then they up-charged me the next day an additional $52 because it was an SUV and not a sedan. I called them to tell them that they never told me an SUV cost more (it definitely didn't say that in my email confirmation) and that I wasn't paying the extra money for an upgrade when I wasn't told that this was the case, and it wasn't in my reservation (which clearly states Shuttle, SVU, or Sedan). The snotty receptionist told me that the owner "doesn't give refunds." Oh yeah? I fought and won back my money thanks to my credit card company. These people are dishonest, so find someone else to take you to the airport.

Driver No Show

My husband and I are highly disappointed, on May 15 we were supposed to be picked up by one the Airport Shuttle of Phoenix drivers but he never showed up. I tried texting and calling him and no answer whatsoever. I would’ve thought that maybe we would’ve got a an apology through a phone call or an email or something for this inconvenience but we received neither. We ended up having to take our own vehicle and parking it at the airport. Doing this cost us an extra $83.90 plus $20 tip for the shuttle driver both ways because of not having the Airport Shuttle of Phoenix to drop us off or pick us up. I emailed them 3 days ago because I believe we should be reimbursed for extra money we had to pay for the airport parking and tips of a total of $103.90. However, I have yet to hear anything. I don’t recommend this place at all because they are no way reliable or responsible for their actions…or should I say lack of.

I honestly cannot believe what just…

I honestly cannot believe what just happened.

I accidentally reserved a ride (2 months in advance!), and only minutes later, I called up to get the charges reversed. I asked if they could waive the cancellation fee, which is 30%! She not only refused me - she also hung up on me just after sending the cancellation email!

The base rate for the ride I needed was 146, so I was thinking - wow, that is so much cheaper than a Lyft car (and their site states that a Lyft is over 300$ for the same ride)! But after taxes and additional costs that make very little sense to me, it came to 234$ When I checked the Lyft app myself, the TOTAL amounted to 145!

As a side note, they will charge you at "pet"fee, even if you have a Service Dog. I understand the whole bit about needing to clean the car for future guests - however, I called them and told them that my dog stays in a sling on my body - won't even get a shred of hair on the seat. They still charged me.

So basically, I just waited 24$ plus 70$ for the cancellation fee.

VERY poor management and customer "service."
