Painted pistol
Excellent delivery time especially as it's Christmas time. Had to have the airsoft gun painted as I'm not a member of any groups.
The gun doesn't look that bad at all the way it's been done. Some I've seen look horrible.

Hi Michael,
I'd like to start off by yet again apologising for the fact you were mis-quoted for the upgrade on the rifle. The Action Army T-Series use a 90 degree setup, not the 45 degree setup you were (I believe) initially quoted on. I had explained this and apologised several times while you were in.
We do currently have a longer than normal repair queue which, as I speak, has been drastically cut down and again I apologise for. This had been caused by staff holidays and the passing of a member of staffs parent, though at no point while you were in did you make us aware of this complaint or allow us to explain and apologise.
However, regarding your claim of 'always have a bad attitude', I'd challenge that. Yes, everyone can have good and bad days, however to claim we 'always' have a bad attitude is false. I was more than apologetic however I cannot obviously comment on the other occasions you've been in. Though if we have given that impression, then I again apologise.
Regardless, thank you for bringing the final point to my attention and I will re-iterate to all members of staff that smiling costs nothing and to think before they speak.

Sell broken goods and customer services have the attitude of ‘yea well sorry but not bothered’
Edit: if the information provided wasn’t wrong I’m sure my experience would’ve been better. However, the fact remains the same. I was sold broken goods (nothing to do with a co2 capsule testing. Faulty trigger mech. Very easily discovered has the product been tested. Clearly not.) misinformed about where to send the item resulting in it being destroyed. No excuse really is there

Looking at your Support Ticket (#136088), you have been more than a little frugal with the facts.
You purchased from us at a show and it appears the goods were faulty, so we opened a return for you to get it back. This is unfortunate as had it been bought from our store/website, everything is checked prior to dispatch. However at shows, we are not even allowed to load in a CO2 caplet!
Unfortunately the RMA email did have the wrong return address (now updated) however this should have meant a delay in us receiving the goods only, as it would be returned back to you.
As you shipped via Royal Mail who do not accept this type of goods, it was scanned and Royal Mail destroyed the package as the goods violated their T&Cs for shipping.
We did everything to acknowledge the fault and arrange to get it back for repair/replacement however as Royal Mail destroyed it, there was indeed nothing we could do.
My apologies if you believe we have done something wrong other than an incorrect address, however in this instance we would advise never shipping these type of goods with Royal Mail. We don't even offer that option on our website for this reason.
