Ordered my AEG and the money was taken …
Ordered my AEG and the money was taken from my bank account. Almost a week later, my order was still showing "Processing". I sent an email to see what was going on but never got a reply.
I finally called and spoke with someone at Airsplat who advised that the AEG I ordered was out of stock and they would be refunding my money (It was showing in stock when I ordered it) I wonder how much longer I would have had to wait before they told me this?
It has now been 4 days and I still don't have my refund. I was told I would have it that day when I called and they cancelled the order.
Very disappointing experience. Buyer beware.

First agent said they do accept paypal second agent on the phone confirmed they accept paypal then the supervisor emailed me and said they do not accept paypal and offered no alternatives or remedy to correct the issue.
in the future make sure your staff provide a consistent experience you may also change the FAQ to reflect your current policy and also change the sales email to not reflect the supervisors name, it caused some unnecessary confusion when the same name in a email said i can use paypal and also the same name say i cannot and have no recollection of my original email...

***Update***
So after that I remade the transaction with a credit card on 3/30, on 4/6 I became concerned because the order was still processing many of the items were on sale and would likely no longer be available so I called and was told that they needed to verify the billing address since the names were different. Even with email contact to the sales department and the supervisor no one attempted to contact me to rectify this over phone or email until i called in. at this point i was annoyed my experience was not great i told the supervisior sebastian that i was concerned that because the order was delayed 7 days due to there lack of communication that some of my order would be out of stock, Sebastian assured me that it was all available and that there was a battery that was sold out but he would substitute it with another 11.1v . At this point my concerns were cleared by speaking the supervisor and i awaited my package.
4/13/2017 I received my package only to see 4 out of the original 10 items all of which was marked out for being out of stock including the battery the supervisor said he would substitute. My original order was $94 , $25 of that was shipping for 10 items yet I only received 4,
at this point airsplat has received its 3rd strike in one single transaction , the credit card still shows the full total of all the items @ $94 I call to see about a refund since at this point airsplat had 7 days to know they sent me a partial shipment but never notified me or indicated any type of refund. The rep I spoke to told me that a number of large business was buying 1000s$ during the sale and likely bought my equipment before it was packaged. i asked why a refund was not placed yet generally takes 2 business days or less to process a credit card refund but here we are on day 7 , he told me it is processing and take up to 2 weeks to reflect the refund... so i asked to clarify how much was going to be refunded to make sure that was at least correct and to insure i was not paying for shipping on the 10 items i did not receive. He told me that there was not a number listed... how do you process a refund but not have a number set of the refund??? anyways i have been playing airsoft for over a decade and have done a majority of my shopping online and have never had this bad of a experience. at that point i asked if airsplat was going to do anything to resolve the issues and he said no the partial refund or store credit was the only option.
If you want to shop at a honest retailer that sticks to there word and strives to provide industry leading customer service then please look away airsplat is not for you or really any shopper.. I will be waiting on my refund and will update the review with a date and amount when it is received.

Amazing deal!
Really good deal, 80% off, got me to buy my first gun, a Dytac Combat Machine M4A1. I've heard mixed messaging about the time of delivery. I payed extra for two day delivery, but haven't received notification of shipment. They did send me a bill. I imagine they are back logged, which is understandable. No issue so long as I get my gun in a couple weeks!

Just received an email about an item I ordered two days ago that has informed me that my item is now out of stock and I have a credit not a refund. How can they charge me for something they don't even have. They said I have a credit good for the next 6 months? Hardly seems fair?

Called and asked for more information on the product (systema challenge kit) on if it was new or used, what all was included, what year the model was, if it was parted out or returned, etc etc. All I got back from the unenthusiastic phone assistant was "Externals only" which I could clearly read for myself as that was on the website. New ownership same low expectations!
Glad they're still here
Glad to see Airsplat is still here. Experience is good, they forgot to post ship notification, but package arrived on time just the same. Good experience. I'm sure they will again be on top soon
Did not ship order
I placed an order, and emailed them after 5 days for a follow-up because it had not shipped. I was told that the order would go out that day and I would get tracking. The order was not shipped that day, nor the next day, and not even the day after that. At the end of that last day I canceled the order and demanded a refund. A 5 day wait for an order to even ship is absurd, let alone more than a week.
Don't think I'll buy from this site again
Honestly, my friend and I decided to buy some smoke grenades for out next photoshoot. Turns out that they didn't ship it the next business day or 2. I tried to contact them about the orders and no response until I asked for a order cancelation or refund. They responded quickly as soon as I wanted a refund. After that escalated quickly, a week later they told me they had run out on some of the smoke grenades we wanted but the website clearly says it's in stock. But never again will I buy for this site again. Shipping took too long
Repetitive Calling and Uncooperative People
I ordered two pairs of BDU's from them two weeks before a competition and after three calls and a week that went by I was informed that i would no longer be getting them because the entire pallet was moldy. I was given a refund on this past Thursday (3/9/2017) to only never get my refund email until today (3/14/2017). I had to call them and have them redo my refund, which I was told had been done with me on the phone on the 9th. I am really disappointed. They didn't offer me a store credit or anything to make me happy. I'm not shopping here again.
