Avoid at all costs - aerox O2 bottle

Ordered aerox O2 bottle and bag on 29th May 2024, order 44024801, was supposed to be shipped within 4-6 weeks. Contacted them when order was due, they said bottle was held in customs and should be delivered promptly, waited a bit more asking for a tracking informations, never received them, delivery promised by email later that week, date came and still no delivery. more than 9 weeks later, still no delivery or tracking informations, asked for a refund, no more contact. I will contact my bank to cancel transaction. All items are paid in full when ordering, not at shipping. Never again, poor way to do business.

Best team you could ask for!

I'm very happy with AirTeam.eu! The team was always very lovely and helpful during the process! So don't be afraid to ask the support team, if you have any questions. They are always happy to help :) I had a great experience with them. Very nice packaging and fast support! I will definitely buy here again! Always happy landings! Chris
