Do not book Air Zimbabwe especially to go to London. They will not let you on the flight unless if you book an Air Zimbabwe return. They forced us to book an Air Zim return for my brother even though he had an Ethiopian Airways return flight ticket. It’s just ridiculous. The level of professionalism is 0. My brother was left stranded at Harare Airport. There was no care whatsoever.
