They are very bad at after-sales service. Technicians booked up for days. I had the experience that their technician broke an important part of the system - he knew it didn't work but didn't say anything and left. Then of course there's another wait to fix the damage - at first they even refused to give a date. And they're unbelievably rude: tirades down the phone. I'm ripping out their faulty system and getting a new installation.
