A.J. is without exception an absolute credit to the industry that I have worked in for 40+ years and love so much.

His knowledge and advice is second to non. Easy to deal with, great advice, superb range of equipment to choose form and compare. I bought a light today and as we were speaking A.J was packing it to get it to me the next day. Service beyond expectations and always he will go the extra mile for you. I have known and dealt with A.J for donkeys years and can honestly say he is a great friend and has always come up trumps. Never ever let me down, works tirelessly to make sure you get the gear you need. And a blooming nice bloke too. You wont find a more hard working fella in the industry. Thanks A.J for years of fun and great service.

Just received my hand painted backdrop - absolutely delighted with it. An absolute bargain at the price. Came with an aluminium pole which makes it far easier to store and set up. Cannot fault the service, it was here within a couple of days.

Purchased from AJ's many times, extremely fast delivery with really competitive pricing, the Customer Support is S-Tier in response time and resolving any issues.

One order item did arrive not quite as described, but AJ's resolved the issue in a matter of a few hours after I sent an email and then received a phone call later to resolve the problem in a way that was above what you would get from any other company.

I wanted a few lighting supplies and found AJ's Studio & Camera Supplies after a bit of searching. The prices were good and the (standard) delivery turned out to be fast and efficient.

The packaging was thoughtful to protect the products. One filter swatch pack fell out of its protection and got a little bit squashed.

My main issue is they signed me up to their mailing list twice, my email for the order plus my paypal account. I didn't want that, minus two stars for that.

I had a fantastic expierence with the company!
The delivery was moved to another day without a problem, the product is great and the price was the best in the UK.
I highly recommend AJ-S!

Don't trust this sight I get tried to buy light from them, ok it was not the most expensive light in the world but now I'm £122 out of pocket with no light to get told that it's my problem because my second delivery option was to leave in the front porch, (yet I do not have a Porch )
or I did have any contact with DHL because I'm not a DHL customer the website is so I can't claim from them.
I even sent them the ring doorbell video of the driver just putting it on the doorstep
then was asked if I had a video of it going, missing I told them no because I just footage of people walking across my drive I get told ( That is very strange as our ring doorbell picks up everything.)
clearly don't have a ring doorbell
was told I would be refunded to then be told that ( Unfortunately your app was set up to leave on the doorstep. I’m not sure that is our responcability? W-T-F so 1st it was my porch now my doorstep because I told them I don't have a porch because
a porch is a covered shelter projecting in front of the entrance of a building.
and doorstep is a step leading up to the outer door of a house.?

Great experience with this company. I mistakenly made 2 separate orders and ended up paying for 2 deliveries. They contacted me (without me reaching out) and refunded the extra delivery cost. Great service!

Great company with superb customer service. I would highly recommend to all.
