Holborn Branch:We were shortchanged on the massage time.

Massages were good and therapists were pleasant but we were shortchanged by 15 minutes - they were supposed to be 60 mins in total (we arrived 4 minutes late, filled in the forms and were ready and waiting by 3.10pm) but by the time the therapists came to greet us and start the massage it was 3.20pm and they finished 5 minutes before the time was up. The receptionist just said she was 'sorry' when we told her - this seems to be the preferred response towards poor feedback these days; a nonchalant apology. It was not crowded but because the steam room is really only big enough for 4 people, we had to wait for an hour to get a chance to use it. I wouldn't recommend this spa, it's not a luxury experience.
