We had a drainage team come to investigate a blocked drain but their couplings and pump were playing up, we were left without a solution and £80 worse off. The recent weather has shown the drain is not able to handle the volume of storm water so I called Alan, he arrived bang on time and sent the camera and then fired up the jetter, within 5 minutes he cleared the blockage and allowed all the backed up water to clear away. He’s a professional with good customer care and expertise. I will certainly recommend him to anyone. Thanks Alan

After waiting for 4 days for Severn Trent to come and clear my blocked drain I contacted Alan just after 11am yesterday, he was on a job but would try to get to me in the afternoon. Got a text late afternoon saying he was on his way.
Alan arrived at five forty-five and set about the problem, drain was flushed and all back to normal by six thirty.

What can I say about Ajb. I telephoned them on Friday morning (answer phone) and Alan returned my call quickly.

I explained my problem to him and he said I will be with you in 30 mins.

Sure enough he turned up and withing 40 mins had cured my blocked toilet. No mess and my bathroom left spotless. I also found Alan to be very polite and thorough.

Will definitely use him again when the need arises.

Trouble with the upstairs toilet, waste coming back up a rain water drain. Phoned Ajbdrainage they came out within a few hours. They cleared the blockage very quickly and he also showed me what could be causing the problem. Gave me some advice on what to do, to try and stop it happening again.

I called out AJB on an emergency call out today because one of the toilets in our office was blocked.
It was sorted out within a few minutes and even cleaned up for us. We are so grateful!
