Upset to have to report this but…
Upset to have to report this but wouldn't want anyone else to have the same experience. Bought a car from AJC Trading just before Christmas. When I viewed it noticed one of the headlights was full of condensation (an MOT failure) and faulty windscreen wiper motor. They said they would replace them but it took 8 long months for them to do so and only when I called upon the services of AA mediation. I was also promised a 3 month warranty with the option to extend for a futher 3 months. I made umpteen phone calls and sent several emails to pursue extending but no information was forthcoming, it was always, We'll ask the rep and let you know. Well they never did. They did tell me they had suffered the bereavement during the 9 months but I still think 9 months to replace a headlight and wiper motor is unacceptable plus not being forthcoming about the warranty. Sadly not recommended by myself as I was so excited to buy a new car but it has been totally marred by their complete lack of professionalism.
