Their cases are made from poor quality plastic. I've had 2 break where the wire clips into the clip. This case is not fit for purpose which in turn makes the camera not fit for purpose since the mount is on the case. No one should buy this camera. It's a waste of money.
The image is rounded at the edges for some reason.

Good luck getting support from Akaso.

Waiting yet for my shipment!
They promised me in 3 -7 days it will be here. After 14 days I´m still waiting and nobody can say me what´s happens. Now I travel to Asia next week and I don´t have my camera!

My Akaso Brave 7 stopped working while on holiday in October, just days over a year old. I looked at the warranty I have (registered with AkasoTech having bought off Amazon) and saw it had an extra year. I contacted the guys at AkasoTech and they were really good. They tried to help me restart the camera, but eventually told me they could send a new replacement camera.
It cost me $40 in a handling charge, but the replacement camera arrived today, within the 5-7 days they told me it would.

Very pleased with the service from AKASO. We initially bought a V50x and were happy with the product. Prior to going on holiday we checked and the product had become faulty. When reporting this to customer services who immediately offered refund or replacement. They helped us through this process and a few other issues as well that were our fault.
Good product and great communication.

As an extra we got the chance to fill out a review to get extra accessories after our initial purchase which was a nice touch.

Received the product when they said I would and it works well.

I ordered a camera on 5/21. My order status was updated to shipped on 5/22. The tracking number I received still shows "Your package is waiting to be picked up by the carrier." I've been scammed.
