Fantastic service from these guys. I placed an order on Monday and received my items the next day. Never had an issue and the fact that the delivery charge is free over £50 is great as other companies charge a fortune.

I bought oversized hoodies for my online shop. Order came well packed in a white box. Excellent pricing and quality was great as well.

Good wholesalers. Items were as expected and came the next day. I would personally recommend them to Amazon, eBay sellers as well as dropshippers. Items usually arrive the next day so you can ship them out to the customers within 2 days. To be honest wayyy more faster than the other wholesalers & distributors I have used. So highly recommended. Made a couple of orders with A&K Hosiery and never had a bad experience. Products delivered were as shown and met the expectations. The website is very easy to navigate. Had a few queries about some products but the staff was really friendly and professional answering them. Fast and tracked shipping is very convenient for an online reseller like me. Been using A&K Hosiery for almost a year and have had brilliant service on every single order. Good quality products and fast delivery, what more could you want.

Ive been using a&k for the last few years and have always been impressed with the quality of the goods I have ordered and they have always been delivered promptly. They have a huge variety of goods and I can get most of my stock from them , (mainly bedding and towels) which means I dont need to use various differentwholesalers. Ive recently ordered my Christmas stock jumpers and nightwear etc and was very happy at the quality of them.

I have ordered with A&k on a few occasions now and have always had a pleasant experience.

Everything I have ordered has been packed brilliantly and arrived the next day.
If I've ever had any queries about a product, I have given them a ring and got a quick answer, their customer service is fab. The staff are knowledgeable about the products which is brilliant when it comes to saving my time and their own. The packing note with the name of the staff who picked and packed my order is a nice little touch too. Feels more personal.

In conclusion, I really can't fault them in anyway. Great products (quality and variety), great packing, quick dispatch and great customer service. They will always have my custom.

I've ordered from A&K Hosiery on a number of occasions. My items have always arrived in the condition stated and within a few days of placing the order. I like the range on offer which has been really good for me during lockdown to be able to come to one place

I purchased 36 butterfly tealight holders back in March 2021, when they arrived I noticed that upon checking them, several had chips in the glass and some had marks on the paintwork.

I emailed them to report the problem and they failed to get back to me. Eventually someone called Nikki replied but when I sent a reply back, I heard nothing.

I have emailed their customer service email again several times since but again, heard nothing back.

This is terrible customer service and I would advise anyone thinking about ordering with them to think twice. I will just use another supplier from now on.

I originally left a negative review due to no response by emails.
However after this review I got a response to my questions.

I have now give them a 4 star review, simply because they do not do samples, which is what I originally emailed about, I would have had to order the minimum amount.

So unfortunately I can not give a review on the quality of the products.

Awful, awful company. Placed order and paid. They state orders dispatched within 24 hours. So far they have had the order on their system for 5 days. Still not sent and told it might be dispatched today but no guarantee and no mention of stock problems on the item, so No reason to explain the delay. When running a business this is awful, this was my first order with them and shall also be my last. Thankfully we have other suppliers who are reliable to fall back on.
