I was awarded £5 for an introduction fee with ID Mobile - fine.
My bank then wrote to me to say that it had processed a payment from overseas (Germany) - and that there was no charge associated with the payment.
Okay. Sometimes though they will make a charge - so I think customers should be made aware.

Trying to get the reward money was ridiculously difficult - 3 times I contacted Lebara they eventually managed to assist. Lebara are a mollie provider seem absolutely fabulous though- no issues at all.
