Ignorant fella try to stay away from dealing with them.

I needed to move some sports equipment from one location to another for an event I was delivering. I found these guys online and gave them a call having had my previous arrangement pull out the day before the competition. I found them very responsive over the phone and via email that was very supportive knowing they were contactable and easy to communicate with at such short notice especially as I had some quite specific requests about collection and the kit we needed, but they were still able to help.

On the day of collection the man helping me out turned up promptly and found the exact location I had asked for without me having to stand on the main road and guide them down a small lane to one of our schools, that was a big bonus. He came well prepared with a trolley to move the gear, which was much quicker and helped an awful lot given that some of the kit is very heavy and has difficult and time consuming to shift in the past.
We loaded the gear without any fuss or hassle of extra charges with was reassuring and we travelled from the school to the university door to door without any issues. The driver was a very pleasant, punctual and professional throughout and at no point did I feel under pressure or concerned about the service I was getting. Without there support we would have been able to deliver the event, so there help was very appreciated.
Charge was higher than I expected and more than what I was quoted elsewhere, but the service was much much better than other providers have used in the past. Definitely recommend this team to anyone looking for help

Have used Ak Logistics on several occasions and each end every time, the service has been exceptional. Archie, whom I have always dealt with is professional, polite and nothing is ever too much trouble. I cannot recommend them enough. Timing was always as stated and have never been let down, despite my last minute requests.

My initial plans for delivery and collection of items for an exhibition fell through last minute, I phoned these guys and within a few hours everything was at the venue (on the other side of London). They were promptly collected and delivered to my office the next evening.

They keep you informed at every step of the process through text and email, so you can rest assured everything is going to plan.

I was skeptical at first due to limited reviews, but I took a chance as I had an unforeseen logistical issue on a Sunday and all my usual logistics companies were booked up. It was risky as it was a heavy, cumbersome and very valuable load, but I'm so glad I did --- Easy to organise, very reasonable pricing, professional and punctual drivers, no problems whatsoever. Over a tonne of equipment couriered across London on a Sunday, then stored securely overnight and returned at 6am the following morning. Dan was a joy to work with and didn't once complain when we kept him waiting (nor was I charged any additional fees for those delays, even though they would have been justified). Great phone & email communication from Archie too; insurance documents, VAT receipts, anything I asked for was immediately provided. I can't recommend AK Logistics highly enough, I'll be using them exclusively from now on. Keep up the great work!

Got me out of a jam at short notice - driver was lovely and flexible for a slightly difficult job helping me load equipment (8 large samba drums and associated kit) for a session at a venue.
