Untrustworthy
Unfortunately, I can only warn others about this company.
I ordered two pairs of shoes. One pair unfortunately did not fit, while the other pair was delivered incorrectly. However, since the incorrectly delivered pair fit me well and looked great, I decided to keep them.
I returned the pair that did not fit the very next day at my own expense, using insured shipping. I also sent the proof of shipment to Alagalomi by email. According to the tracking information, the returned package was successfully received by the company.
To this day, however, I have not received the refund of CHF 158. What makes the situation even more concerning is that the company is unreachable – neither by phone nor by email. All attempts to contact them have gone unanswered.
In my opinion, this behavior appears highly unprofessional and does not reflect trustworthy customer service. I would strongly advise consumers to be cautious and to research carefully before placing an order.
